My UX journey started with the discovery of a special skill that my last company decided to utilize. As a loan advocate I was able to clearly communicate with customers and users, understood their problems, listened to their issues, and found solutions. It made such an impact that a position was created, which I was appointed to, that advanced the company's repuation. It wasn't until later that I realized that a career existed with this kind of role. I wanted to inspire change that effected the experience and impression of a users experience. This is why I am a UX Designer today.
