Alexis Musser

Alexis lives in Longview with her family and is a proud Kelso High School student. She participates in wrestling and the Cowlitz 2 fire cadet program. She enjoys biology, reading, driving and spending time with her family.

Gail Bishop

Job Titles:
  • ERPP Specialist
Gail grew up in the PNW and has lived in other parts of the country, but the west side of Washington is her favorite. She has lived in Kelso for the past 12 years with her family. She has always had a drive to help people and make genuine, caring connections. Gail enjoys volunteering around the Lower Columbia communities. In addition to volunteering, her other time investments include, knitting, sewing, reading, and traveling.

Jane Beck

  • Intake & Scheduling Coordinator
Jane is from King's Lynn Norfolk but has made Washington her home. She has an extensive background working with the public from all walks of life. When not working she enjoys old books and traveling to amazing places. Her favorite quote, "Be yourself, everyone else is taken."

Janice Juntunen

Job Titles:
  • Executive Director
Janice has been a longtime resident of Lewis County. She has been with the center since 2007, starting as a certified mediator. She has been the Executive Director since 2016. Janice is certified in family, ERPP, landlord/tenant and parent/teen mediation. She has also been trained in trauma informed and restorative practice techniques. Janice has a passion for mediation and conciliation, her favorite part of her work is when people who did not think reconciliation was possible can work together to create a solution all their own.

Laura Hight

Laura is a graduate of Kelso High School and lifelong Cowlitz County resident. She has been serving at the mediation center since 2021 and is trained in family, landlord/tenant and ERPP mediation techniques. She is a trauma informed mediator and a certified notary. Laura loves living in the PNW and enjoys hiking, thrifting, true crime podcasts & shows, mixed-media arts and ventriloquism! She lives in Longview with her husband, Chris, their five kids, two dogs & one cat.

Leah Moore

Job Titles:
  • Intake & Scheduling Coordinator
Leah is very involved in her community, serving on the Kelso School Board, volunteering her time to serve others and supporting her three kids in their many sports and activities. She enjoys camping and kayaking in her free time. Leah works with individuals in conflict and guides them through the mediation process, step by step, answering questions and providing outstanding service.

Lisa Gaynor

  • ERPP Lead Specialist
Lisa moved to Cowlitz County in 2014. She fell in love with the area and weather right away. She began working at Community Mediation Center in of 2021. Lisa specializes in Eviction Resolution, working with tenants, landlords and property management. In her personal time she enjoys crocheting, reading, weekend getaways to the ocean, camping and spending time with her daughter.

Marsha Treadway

  • ERPP Specialist & Community Involvement Coordinator
Marsha has been a resident of Kelso, WA since 1984 when she moved up from Southern California. She graduated from John F. Kennedy High School in Buena Park, CA. She has been employed with the Community Mediation Center as an Early Resolution Specialist since 2021. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, hiking, traveling and spending time with family, friends, but especially her five grandchildren.

Matt Erzen

Job Titles:
  • ERPP Specialist
Matt is a local Lewis County resident who loves the PNW and everything it has to offer from the scenery to the people. Matt is looking forward to assisting the local community grow closer together during these currently hard times. Matt served as a Marine from 2011-2015 and has a strong sense for community and service. His faith drives his compassion for all who seek help.
