D-LAB

d-lab is a unique skills development and work-readiness programme for unemployed young people. We focus on design thinking and on developing the digital skills, character and ways of working needed to be successful, innovative and collaborative leaders. We enable our students to develop the competence and confidence to work well in teams to solve complex problems... d-lab is a project of the Field Lab, the non-profit arm of The Field Institute, which develops digital workplace and design thinking skills in unemployed youth from disadvantaged backgrounds.
