He is responsible for the execution of the company's financial strategy, planning, strategic initiatives, M&A and other corporate activities. Adam joined CoreSite in 2014 overseeing its financial planning and analysis functions and as Treasurer with responsibility for the company's capitalization strategy, capital markets transactions and treasury management. Prior to joining CoreSite, Adam spent nine years at Prologis where he helped lead global strategic finance initiatives and held various other roles within the finance and accounting teams. Adam holds an MBA from the University of Denver and a BSBA in Finance from California Polytechnic State University.

Aleks is responsible for the execution of CoreSite's digital strategies through technology, automation and business transformation. Aleks Krusko is the Senior Vice President of Information Technology and Digitization at CoreSite. She is responsible for the execution of CoreSite's digital strategies through technology, automation and business transformation. She leads the IT Solutions Delivery and IT Operations teams, including: software development, system support, information security and business intelligence. Aleks joined CoreSite in 2008. Before her current role, Aleks spearheaded the delivery of system and process efficiencies, change management and architected cross-functional solutions across the organization. Prior to joining CoreSite, Aleks held various roles of increasing responsibility in the Real Estate industry. She earned a B.S. in Chemistry, with honors, from Regis University.

Anthony is responsible for CoreSite's on site data center operations activities, client services, and the Operations Support Center (OSC). Anthony Hatzenbuehler is CoreSite's Senior Vice President of Data Center Operations. He is responsible for CoreSite's on site data center operations activities, client services, and the Operations Support Center (OSC). He joined CoreSite in 2009 and brings 10 years of data center industry experience and more than 20 years of experience working with "mission critical" infrastructure. Prior to joining CoreSite, Anthony held roles of increasing responsibility at Switch and Data and spent nine years in the U.S. Navy where he was trained in power production and electricity, as well as nuclear power. Anthony received a B.S. in Business Management, summa cum laude, from Liberty University.

Brian Warren is CoreSite's Senior Vice President of Engineering and Product. Brian joined CoreSite in 2011 and brings 15 plus years of product management, strategy and marketing experience in the communications industry. Prior to joining CoreSite, Brian held leadership positions with Level 3 Communications' covering Internet and peering, offer management and corporate strategy. Brian's experience includes roles of increasing responsibility at both incumbent and competitive communications companies as well as strategy consulting across the industry. Brian started his career as a United States Air Force officer working with NORAD on National Missile Defense programs. Brian received a M.B.A. from Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern and B.S. in Engineering from the United States Air Force Academy.

Janae Walker serves CoreSite as the Vice President-Legal from American Tower, a Fortune 500, S&P 500 and Forbes Global 2000 company based in Boston. American Tower is a leading independent owner of multitenant communications real estate and one of the largest Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) in the world, providing the infrastructure for modern digital communications. At CoreSite, Janae and her team advise on and influence decision-making regarding all aspects of the data center business, business development and strategy. At American Tower, she played a leading role in the acquisition of CoreSite. Janae earned her B.A. from Purdue University in Political Science and Professional Writing, and her J.D. from the University of Oklahoma.

Juan is responsible for leading CoreSite's strategy, innovation, growth and CoreSite colleagues while delivering value to customers, partners, shareholders and communities where CoreSite and American Tower operate. Juan Font is President of CoreSite and Senior Vice President of U.S. Tower. He is responsible for leading strategy, innovation and growth of CoreSite's native digital supply chain to increase revenue growth and return on invested capital to the American Tower data center portfolio. Juan joined CoreSite in 2010 and has held positions of increasing responsibility within the organization. He brings more than 25 years of experience in general management, direct sales and business operations and finance in the data center and telecommunications industries. Prior to joining CoreSite, Juan held direct sales contributor roles with Equinix, covering strategic verticals. He also held positions of increasing responsibility with Teleglobe in financial management and business operations across European markets and increased his understanding of capital-intensive industries at The World Bank Group, where he oversaw investments in the power sector. Juan received an M.B.A. from The Kogod School of Business at The American University and a B.A. in Business Economics and Finance from the Universidad Complutense of Madrid.

Leslie is Senior Vice President of Human Resources for CoreSite and is responsible for the company's human resources function. Leslie joined CoreSite in March 2020 and serves as CoreSite's senior vice president of human resources. She is responsible for creating business-aligned people strategies in support of long-term growth, including employee engagement and retention, talent acquisition, employee communications, compensation, benefits, systems, and payroll. Leslie brings more than 25 years of experience in defining and driving innovative human resources vision and strategy in both public and private companies. Prior to joining CoreSite, Leslie was SVP, Chief Human Resources Officer for BioScrip, a publicly traded healthcare company and Vice President, Human Resources, for DigitalGlobe, a division of Maxar Technology. She also held roles of increasing responsibility at Vail Resorts, MWH (now part of Stantec), Janus Henderson Investors and American Century Investments. Leslie received a BS in Business and Human Resources, magna cum laude, from Regis University.

Maile is responsible for overseeing revenue growth, managing daily operations for CoreSite's national sales organization and contributing to strategic planning. Maile Kaiser is CoreSite's Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. She is responsible for overseeing revenue growth through CoreSite's national sales organization, and provides oversight to marketing, business development and sales operations. Maile joined CoreSite in 2012 and was previously Senior Vice President of Sales. Maile brings over 25 years of direct sales and management experience in the data center, network communications, software and managed services industries driving growth and innovation for large enterprises. Prior to joining CoreSite, Maile was responsible for wholesale and large enterprise sales at IO Datacenters (now Iron Mountain) and ran the Southwest region for Abovenet Communications (now Zayo). Maile started her career with Oracle Corporation. Maile received a BA in English Literature from the University of California, at Berkeley. Maile also serves on the board of the Advanced Imaging Society and is the Chairman of the Awareness and Communications Committee for the iMasons.

Mark joined CoreSite in 2012 and is SVP and Chief Accounting Officer. He is also responsible for Internal Audit. Mark Jones is SVP and Chief Accounting Officer and is responsible for CoreSite's accounting and internal audit functions. Mark is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of experience in real estate and accounting. Prior to joining CoreSite, Mark spent almost three years at ProLogis, a global leader in the logistics real estate and he began his career as a senior manager at audit tax and advisory firm KPMG. Mark received a B.A. from St. Hugh's College, Oxford.

He is an experienced data center and operations executive with a demonstrated history of success in the telecommunications and real estate industries Matt Gleason is CoreSite's Vice President of General Management. He is responsible for driving major improvements across the general management and sales engineering functions, improving the development and operations strategy of our data center portfolio, and helping to improve revenue growth and the return on invested capital of our data centers. Matt joined CoreSite in 2010 and brings more than 20 years of experience in critical systems operations, business development and asset management experience in mission critical environments. Prior to joining CoreSite, Matt held positions of increasing responsibilities in data center operations management with Switch and Data and also served six years in the U.S. Navy Submarine service operating nuclear power systems.
