Alia brings not only window knowledge, she also has worked for various manufacturers in the industry. While doing so, she was recruited by Brad during 2018 and brought on as Human Resource and payroll compliance manager. Over her 8 years in the window industry she has experienced areas such as take offs, quoting, pricing program development, custom window design builds and business development. Her versatile contribution to DS glass & Window Inc is Creative and breathes Dedication and Honesty!

As part of our local Fresno State University Construction Management program, Anthony Villagomez joined our team in April of 2021 along with a team of interns. In his 4th year of the construction program there he brings a lot of Dedication and support for our commercial and industrial project coordination. Dustin brings an extensive background in customer service and business to business relationship building. Coming from an 8 year career at Gordon international inside sales, Dustin took a change of pace bringing his Creativity, Honesty and Dedication he had for others to DS Glass & Window early in 2021. Aligned....YES, but has transpired into a GREAT business development manager for us. Attention to detail is Dustin, from the time he gets the plans to the hand off to our project management team, its great having him on our team!

Jesse brings his knowledge from direct field experience as a lead installer in our Production homes division. Now leading our production home crews with "Honesty" is his KEY, not only our success, but is why Jesse has exceled in the vinyl windows industry for over 15 years. Keeping relationships alive from hands on experiences gives you personal service DS glass will always stand by!

As the Director of our Commercial Vinyl division projects, backed with over 15 years in the construction industry. Juan has worked his way from being crew lead to now managing multiple crews and projects. Juan's Honesty aligns with DS Glass values daily, we are privileged to have him leading the team and so will you on your future project! Juan's Dedication on every project he over see's, not only shows with his crews but also throughout the company.

Ken joined our DS Glass & Window Inc. team summer of 2019 coming out of our commercial remodel division. With prior construction management experience Ken had previously traveled the West Coast for Delerio Construction and other Commercial G.C's as a superintendent for 4 years. Remodeling over 20 complete stores prior, his Dedication and Honesty brought over to the window process has been great to have. Whether it's a home owner replacement job or multi family rehab, Ken is the one you want leading your project!

Nick coming from background of windows but large history of construction along side Brad. He and Brad have worked for various people together, in the past when they were younger, but knowing he could be trusted Nick was DS Glass & Window Inc first employee in 2017. Nick has worked his way from production home management and purchasing, through multi family vinyl management to now heading purchasing for our storefront and glazing projects. Nick's definitely one you want on your project as his Dedication is illuminated daily at DS Glass

With over 20 years in glazing and windows, Rudy brings various skills to the project every customer and team member value! Rudy, like all managers at DS Glass, worked his way from crew lead to department Director in a short time.
