Jessica Kim received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Cal State Fullerton with a concentration on Entrepreneurship. Jessica's passion has always been supporting small businesses grow and thrive so partnering with Employ Talent Solutions as the Director of Operations was right up her alley. Her background in accounting and operations has proven to be an asset not only to Employ, but also the companies we partner with. On her free time she enjoys volunteering for a local German Shepherd rescue, and spending time with her husband and Gerberian Shepsky.

Jonathan Kim is a U.S. Army Veteran where he served 6 ½ years and completed a 15-month tour in Iraq. During his service, he found a passion for working and training people and because of this he pursued a career in Human Resources and recruiting where he has been for the last 6 years.
