Andrzej is Partner and Chief Technology Officer at Greenfield, responsible for driving the strategic use of technology to support Greenfield objectives. Andrzej is entrepreneurial-spirited technologist with 15+ years of executive-level experience. Prior to Greenfield, he was CTO of apprupt, which was acquired by Opera Software in 2014, CTO of AdColony acquired by Digital Turbine in 2021. Andrzej has been an active supporter of crypto teams since 2017 and is now dedicating his career full-time to crypto. Andrzej holds a Master's Degree in Telecommunication from the Technical University of Gdansk.
Anies is an Analyst at Greenfield. Before joining, he gained experience in venture capital at DvH Ventures and coparion.
Anies holds a Master of Science degree in Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

This is where DappBack, a Web3-native platform for community engagement and user acquisition, comes in. We are excited to co-lead DappBack's $2.5M seed round with IOSG Ventures.
Christian is Director IT at Greenfield. Before joining Greenfield he led the DevOps and IT operations team at Digital Turbine, an AdTech company. He also worked with subsequent Greenfield colleagues at Adcolony and apprupt. Christian is a seasoned IT Director with 20+ years of experience leading IT teams, driving digital transformation, operating global IT systems, and building large-scale distributed systems. He has proficiency in various technologies such as cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.

Christian is Partner and Chief Legal Officer at Greenfield, leading the implementation of its investment decisions as well as regulatory, compliance, and policy efforts. Christian studied at Bucerius Law School and Duke University. He is a transaction expert and former big law partner with well over EUR 10bn in transaction volume. Christian made the switch to crypto early and build the crypto practice at his previous firm.
David is Venture Partner at Greenfield, focusing on consumer adoption across gaming, Metaverse, and NFT-related products. Before, he led the Global Business Development for Binance's NFT marketplace.

Dennis is VP Finance and Operations. He came from the Bertelsmann subsidiary Gruner & Jahr (now RTL Group), where he held various management positions in Finance & Controllling over the past ten years. Among others, he was Director Finance & Controlling at Ligatus.
Dennis started his career as Finance Manager at apprupt, a mobile advertising platform, which was acquired by Opera Software in 2014.

Felix is Investment Partner at Greenfield. He joined the firm on day one as Head of Research.
Felix has led many of Greenfield's research efforts, most notably the paper on the state of blockchain governance. Before joining Greenfield, he was an independent researcher in the space and investment manager at Axel Springer Plug & Play.
Felix holds a double degree, Master of Science from WU Wien and Master of International Business from Queen's University.
Georg is a Portfolio Manager at Greenfield, monitoring and analyzing the firm's active portfolio. He is also in charge of Greenfield's Governance engagements.
Georg joined as a visiting analyst to write his bachelor's thesis on order book efficiencies in decentralized exchanges. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
Henry is part of the investment team at Greenfield, supporting our DeFi initiatives, and sourcing deals. Previously he was working for Rocket Internet, leading their on-chain DeFi yield farming activities, and sourcing deals.
Henry is about to graduate from ESCP Business School as a Bachelor in Management.

Jascha is Founding Partner at Greenfield. Before starting Greenfield, he helped co-found Flux in 2017, a cross-chain oracle protocol.
Prior to Flux, Jascha was CEO and Co-Founder of apprupt, a mobile advertising platform, which was acquired by Opera Software in 2014. Jascha holds a Master's degree in Law from the University of Hamburg.

He was previously Co-Founder and CTO of Reebo, a smart contract monitoring solution and head of engineering of TokenAnalyst, a blockchain data provider, which became part of Coinbase.

Karolina is our Lead PR & Events. She also consults and supports our portfolio teams in their PR efforts in this role.
Karolina has more than 10 years of track record in ramping up PR & Comms and running big events for startups, scaleups & VCs. Into crypto since 2017. She holds Master's degrees in History, Political Science, and Italian from the University of Trier.
Marie is VP People at Greenfield. Marie was a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at LeanIX. She has held leadership positions in the HR department of FFW (former CELLULAR) and apprupt, a mobile advertising company which was acquired by Opera Software in 2014.
Marie is a graduate economist (Diplom) from the University of Bonn.

Markus is VP Marketing & Communications at Greenfield. The storytelling expert brings 10+ years of experience in developing brands in the investment industry. He was CMO of CAPinside, an investment community acquired by Universal Investment in 2020. Other management positions include Berenberg and Commerzbank.
Markus is a trained journalist and holds a Master's Degree in Rhetoric, Politics, and Philosophy from the University of Tübingen.
Mateusz is Data Scientist with experience in time series forecasting, recommender systems and ad-networks performance targeting. He's working on aggregating raw crypto data to surface insights to the team in form of both dashboards and ML models. SQLmagician. He worked before with subsequent Greenfield colleagues at Adcolony.

Phoebe Beigbeder is an Analyst at Greenfield. Before joining, she was an Analyst for the French crypto incubator Atka and part of Ledger's corporate development team. Phoebe is one of the co-organizers of NFT Paris and co-founder of Women in web3 - WIW3, the essential female crypto community in France.
She holds a Master's Degree of Finance from Université Paris Dauphine-PSL.
Sebastian is Founding Partner at Greenfield. Before founding Greenfield, he was VP Business Development at Dedrone, an airspace security company, and VP Business Development at Cooliris, an early photo-sharing app, which was acquired by Yahoo! in 2014.
Sebastian looks back on 15 years of experience in venture capital, including his roles as Managing Director US for T-Venture, Deutsche Telekom's $1bn corporate Venture arm, and Partner for Active Venture Partners.
Sebastian holds an MBA from NIMBAS, Bradford Graduate School of Management.
Simone is infrastructure engineer at Greenfield, responsible for the firm's infrastructure deployment to public permissionless networks. He looks back on ten years of experience in DevOps.
