Prior to that, he served as the CEO of Urban Land Institute (ULI), the world's oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts, and as CEO of Host Hotels and Resorts, Inc., a publicly traded lodging real estate company. Ed has more than 35 years of management experience in the real estate profession across a variety of disciplines including hotels, multifamily, and land development, with a strong emphasis on capital markets and corporate governance.

Kristin has more than 20 years of experience delivering exceptional customer experiences at energy, cleantech, and sustainability SaaS companies including Power Factors, MACH Energy, and Phoenix Energy Technologies. She particularly excels at leading customer organizations through the transition from start-up to scale, activating the talent, tools, and process to drive profitability without sacrificing customer satisfaction.

Lance is Measurabl's Co-Founder and CTO, where he oversees product development and is responsible for the technology vision and teams which bring the product to market. He has twenty years of experience across enterprise software applications and SaaS platforms. As Co-Founder, Lance played a significant role in launching the business and building the Core SaaS application.

Lindsay is a Co-founder and Partner of Energy Impact Partners (EIP). She has spent her career investing in technology companies with a focus on energy, power and sustainability. At EIP, she has led investments across consumer tech, prop tech, indoor agricultural, ESG measurement and customer engagement SaaS. Prior to EIP, Lindsay was a Vice President of Digital Power Capital and Wexford Capital, working on dozens of venture capital and growth equity transactions and also serving in operational roles as Vice President of Finance at two portfolio companies.
Liza is a Partner with Moderne Ventures with over 22 years of venture capital experience and leads investment activity for the Fund with particular focus on companies that can thrive within the real estate industry. Since joining Moderne four years ago, Liza has led transactions in Caribou, Xeal, Super, Kaiyo, Acorn Finance, Bend (sold to HSA Bank), EasyKnock, and Unacast. Prior to Moderne, she was a partner with StarVest Partners, a fund focused on expansion stage B2B SaaS Investments. Previously, Liza was a Managing Director at Highbridge Principals Strategies and a Managing Partner at Bear Stearns' Constellation Growth Capital.

Marjorie served as Associate Counsel for Investments, Director of Real Estate Investments, and Interim Chief Investment Officer at the New York State Common Retirement Fund, the third largest public pension fund in the United States, with assets of approximately $246 billion as of June 30, 2022. She was tasked with initiating the pension fund's ESG program across all asset classes in 2013.
Tsang is now a Board Member of Measurabl, and has served on the boards of USAA Real Estate, several private investment companies, the WX Charitable Fund and WX, Inc. - an organization that works to promote the advancement of women in commercial real estate, enhance the public perception of the role of women within the industry, and promote the highest standards of professionalism, ethics, and integrity in the field.
Matt is responsible for overall company operations, product vision and investor relations. Before founding Measurabl, Matt spent five years with CBRE, the world's largest commercial real estate services company, where he led CBRE's Sustainability Practice Group, implemented its industry-first global carbon neutrality program, and served as the company's first Director of Sustainability Solutions. He was also the youngest member of CBRE's Global Sustainability Advisory Committee.
