Alexis Zeller

Alexis joined us in January 2020, and is an integral part of our team. She is a native of Texas and was born and raised here in Corpus Christi. Alexis enjoys spending time with her large family and friends, as well as reading, and watching movies. She is always looking for ways to expand her horizons and is planning on returning to school to finish her Bachelors degree in the near future. Jackie Vasquez

Jackie Vasquez has been working in the hearing industry for over 8 years. Patient Care Coordinator is just the beginning of her office duties. For the past 8 years she was eager to learn the ropes of hearing healthcare and has worked closely with Carla to learn and assist with in-house hearing aid repairs and cleanings. Outside of truly caring about our patients, she is a loving wife to her high school sweetheart of 18 years, Michael. They have 3 children who keep them on their toes. She enjoys spending her time off at the baseball field with the boys and watching her daughter dance with the W.B. Ray Tex-Anns. As an extra bonus, she also enjoys baking, which brings out her creativity through her cakes, pies and even her pan de polvo cookies. As she continues to work in the hearing healthcare industry, Jackie will exceed with providing support with patient care as well as learning about all the new technology in hearing instruments to come.

Richard Schmeling

Since 2004, Richard Schmeling has been serving the hard of hearing of the Coastal Bend community. Working with both pediatric and adult patients, he has helped many hearing-impaired and tinnitus patients reconnect back to their daily lives through the use of hearing instruments and diagnostic evaluations. He earned a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and has been a practicing audiologist for 30 years. Richard is a Board-Certified Audiologist who has served the Coastal Bend Area for the past 15 years in the hearing healthcare and audiology industries. His vast experience with diagnostic evaluations and hearing instrument manufacturers allows him to effectively evaluate and correctly program hearing instruments to work for his patients in their daily lives. He often tells his patients that "audiology is as much art as science and we use both to provide effective help for your hearing loss." His passions are audiology, helping those with hearing loss overcome their communication barriers and his family. He loves photography, movies and his two four legged, furry "children" (dogs). Richard has a long history of dedication to the field of audiology and to the hearing-impaired community. He prides himself on bringing the best to his patients and colleagues every day.
