Mortgage banking background since 1983 starting with Texas's largest thrift. Owned and managed hi-production mortgage companies in Houston Texas, funding over 4 billion of residential loans. Entered the developing and building industry in 1998, focusing on urban in-field redevelopment in Texas. Developed more than 1000 lots and built over 800 Townhomes and developed 29 subdivisions. We are currently building custom homes in Houston communities, opening Hybrid Homes Texas near Austin and focusing on Prefabricated Modular homes. Our first neighborhood in Bastrop County is slated for 2022 delivering 95 lots near Tesla and Circuits of America race track. Love starting new ventures and leading the way for technologies that are the future in housing.
Robby managed money for wealthy attorneys and created a division in Merrill Lynch in Settlement Services Nation Wide. He was a partner for a company that managed property taxes for Fortune 500 companies.
