Ben McAvoy is a software engineer with several years of experience using full-stack web and mobile application technologies. As a full-stack developer at Tovuti, Ben ensures that Tovuti's technological infrastructure is maintainable, efficient, and correct. Ben completed his degree in Computer Science at Boise State University in 2020 and has worked for many different tech startups in his hometown of Boise, Idaho.

Callie Mulvihill joins the team after a career in athletics administration. She has worked with hundreds of student-athletes and coaches to find success on and off of the field and can't wait to bring that same comradery to Tovuti's clients! Callie is passionate about user experience and process improvement initiatives. After completing her undergraduate degree in Business Management, she moved on to complete a master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies. Callie loves to spend time with her family (especially her two nephews!), taking on whatever adventure the day may bring. She also has a deep-rooted passion for volleyball - many weekends are spent at tournaments coaching or finding a court to get some playing time in herself.

When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family and serving his community as part of the Idaho Mountain Search and Rescue team. He enjoys camping, fishing, hunting, skiing and mountain biking.

David Dickman

David "DJ" Dickman came to Tovuti by way of a wildly diverse background. If DJ was not working in Government Procurement, he was DJing Professionally! DJ supported Federal (Dept. of Veterans Affairs, Dept. of Defense) and State/Local agencies procuring goods, services, and software. The highlight of his procurement career was working at Boise State University as a Senior Buyer, leading the Grant sub-contracting procurement team. Outside of work DJ loves training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu for 5 years and enjoys competing. DJ also owns a Wedding DJ company, specializing in Wedding logistics (he'll never admit he's a wedding planner). He's planning to "hang up the headphones" on his 15th year anniversary of DJing, fall of 2021. King of dad-jokes, DJ spends most of his time with his family; wife, daughter, and two mini-goldendoodles.

Dora Lynn McClain was the true inspiration for the entire Tovuti Platform! Born in Barrow Alaska and a proud member of the Inuit tribe which extends across the Circumpolar of Northern Alaskan, Canada, and Greenland. Dora is the youngest sister of our Founder Troy Mcclain. Dora Lynn is blessed with being a Special Olympian and armed with special abilities that allow her to bring love, energy and smiles to all she meets. Dora serves as our #1 inspiration for the building the platform and as our lead cleaning engineer. Be sure when you meet this amazing young lady your day will be brighter and your perspective on life with be illuminated.

Elijah Roberts is a DevSecOps Engineer, with experience in on-premise and cloud architecture. Heather Miller is a driven and ambitious leader with progressive experience in healthcare administration in the medical education regulatory industry, and now Learning Management Sytems. As one of Tovuti's experience coaches, Heather enables technology to pivot and enhance strategies, coach clients, and motivate organizational improvement to exceed prior client outcomes. Her track record includes managing 24/7 emergency compliance situations impacting 20 healthcare facilities, greater than 35k physicians, and approximately 200k patients due to 2018 and 2019 wildfires, blizzards, floods, or earthquakes. All patients and staff were safe, which simply strengthened her excitement to overcome any challenge using education and technology as the tool to help people.

Jakob Krause is Tovuti's Project Manager! He, and the Projects Team, specialize in bringing a client's vision for their site's content and design into reality. He has extensive background in Design and Development that spans over 15 years. In that time, he founded his own Web Development Agency in San Diego California which he would later move that business to Boise Idaho. His greatest satisfaction is leading talented designers and developers to build amazing things that get used by thousands of people daily. He constantly says, "We don't grow in the status quo", meaning we need to always be pushing ourselves and others to be challenged.

John Galloway, Tovuti's Chief of Staff has worked in the worlds of finance, operations, human resources, sales and development. Fresh out of college, adventure called, and he moved to Alaska with his first job in banking and finance. From there, a new adventure shouted his name when he moved to Wyoming to be a part of a commodities company. Within that company, he was transferred to Idaho where much of his family lives. John earned his MBA from Northwest Nazarene University and transitioned to a career in Human Resources shortly after. It was after he took the job in Human Resources that he found the love of his life, Ashley. (No they didn't meet at work!) They have a young son, but love to travel and explore lots of different places both domestically and internationally. They are always looking for great new areas to explore together, so if you have any hidden gems, please share!

Justin Howe is a Senior Software Engineer at Tovuti, who has spearheaded such major projects as integrating Zoom into our Virtual Classroom system and building out and documenting our API. He also helps the team out whenever he can on a variety of issues, and doing his part to help move Tovuti forward towards its goals using his 8 years of experience in professional software development and a natural affinity for solving problems and creativity. Biography Justin Howe is a Senior Software Engineer and is an avid outdoorsman who loves to fish, camp, hike out in the deep woods and occasionally hunt (mostly game birds right now). Justin has a variety of hobbies outside of my awesome job at Tovuti, including researching genealogy, studying music, playing and listening to music, reading sci-fi and fantasy books (esp. Tolkien and Douglas Adams), watching Dr. Who, fixing things around the house, cooking and keeping organized. He strong ties to Norway, Ireland and Great Britain due to a strong family history in those countries, and his paternal great-grandfather was born in Skien, Norway. Justin has two wonderful, beautiful and smart daughters and a lovely, loving and very patient wife!

Lorena Allred is Tovuti's Senior Experience Manager. She leads a growing team of dedicated Account Managers that she trains to become advocates for our customers. Her favorite part of her role is having conversations with and getting to know our customers and learning how they want to use and build their Tovuti platform; she loves that all customers get the same platform and they take that 'blank slate' and turn them into amazing portals for their companies and organizations, no two are alike! Lorena understands the importance of customer service and user experience and provides possible solutions to Tovuti's clients in her role. It is her great joy to work with our clients each and every day. Biography Lorena Allred has been a trainer in every job she has held, whether it was in the entertainment industry, financial services arena, or for a global direct selling company: Tovuti is a natural fit! When not working for and with everyone in our Tovuti Family, she spends time with her family, bakes cakes, and binge-watches Netflix. You may notice that she has a slight Disney bug when you see her working from her home office. Be sure to ask her how she got her Tovuti nickname!

He worked at Microsoft on the original .Net Framework team as a design engineer. Michael has worked with many amazing brands to ensure the success of their mission! Brands like Nike, Apple, eBay, Microsoft, Google, White House, NFL, Tesla, SpaceX, NBC, BBC, Grammy's, Warner Brothers, Michael Page, Veterans Affairs, and the Department of Defense, just to name a few. Michael is a family man, married to his best friend Sheree, and with 5 amazing kids and three grandchildren. Michael was born in Los Angeles and raised in the northwest. He loves the outdoors, kayaking, camping, hiking, and mountain biking. Michael and Sheree love to travel and explore the world.
