Through his consultancy firm, A Jolly Consulting Ltd, he has helped customers in a variety of sectors, from retail to sports, achieve long-term growth and profitability. Adrian holds a degree in International Disasters Engineering and Management

Amar's 19 years in the financial services sector spans a variety of roles including CISO/CITO for a Fund Manager, Head of IT Infrastructure and ISO with Millennium Global Investments and Group IT Infrastructure Manager with Investment management firm Ashmore. Amar holds a BsC in Mathematics from Royal Holloway, University of London as well as CISO & CISSP certifications.

Brian's 30+ years in global financial services include risk management roles with Visa, Lloyds Banking Group & Fair Isaac (FICO). He is a Registered Risk Practitioner (RRP), Member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI), Fellow of the Institute of Strategic Risk Management (F.ISRM) and renowned risk expert in payments, authentication, data security & resilience. Brian holds a DipFSM (toward ACIB).

Matthew's 35-year track record in regulated financial services includes holding a number of FCA- controlled functions including Chief Executive Officer and Chief Operations Officer. His experience encompasses banking, custody, investment accounting and retail financial services customer service. Matthew holds a BA in History from the University of Essex
