David Metze founded Incite Response in 2001 to create a marketing company with a foundation in technology-driven solutions and strategies. David's 25 years of experience in hospitality and marketing ideally position him to lead the data and technology teams. He's a former motorcycle racer and has a particular passion for motorcycles. He's currently re-building a café racer. David lives in Issaquah, Washington with Laura and the youngest of their five sons.
Derek is a talented writer, director and videographer based in Los Angeles, California. He has both an extensive education in and project experience in all genres of videography. Derek's creative genius in video translates into anything but run-of-the-mill hospitality videos. His most famous project was work on a documentary for Beyoncé.

When not working, Elizabeth is likely hiking in the gorgeous PNW, traveling internationally, or painting. Elizabeth lives in Seattle, Washington.
Grace possesses a specific and vital skill set in mobile programming techniques. Her work and guidance on responsive email programming and website programming as it relates to user experience is an important piece to our mobile-first focus. Her design expertise allows her to beautifully fuse technical and brand functions for end products clients love.

Smallwood earned a BBA from New Mexico State University, and bef ore starting in the hospitality industry, he worked with AT&T.
Laura (nickname Lori) is an award-winning writer with an educational background in communications, advertising and English. Laura is an alumnus of the University of Colorado, Boulder and leads the creative and social media teams. Her favorite place to be is hiking in the woods, preferably with at least one pack member. Laura and David live in Issaquah, Washington with one of their five sons (the rest are all grown up!) and their two adorable mascots, Lily and Morty.

Lex has decades of experience in graphic design and specializes in print work and logos. His designs have been called "brilliant" by the top echelons of Marriott and other worldwide corporations. Lex's designs are based on mathematical precision and a deep understanding of the psychology of color. He and his wife, Amanda, volunteer much of their time and are dedicated to helping victims of addition.
After completing his degree at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette - and even attaining a minor concentration in informatics and systems administration - Matt decided to move to Seattle, WA. His time in Seattle, specifically his time with Iconic Technologies, was pivotal to the trajectory he took to where he is today. Matt oversees Koala Networks' technical operations, including servicing clients, training all new hires, managing vendor relationships for our company and our clients, taking out the trash and changing light bulbs (and all of the other things you do when you own the company).
Rich has a knack for exceptional client service, ecommerce integrations and other technical skills acquired through his educational background and many years of experience in the marketing field. Rich lives in the Los Angeles area with his wife, Laurice and their blind tuxedo cat, Oscar (Instagram personality). Together they channel their love of fitness into owning a gym.

He began his career within SEO (Search Engine Optimization), then moved to web programming and development and now advanced techniques in the arena. With his roots in SEO, he builds with the intent for all pieces of the website to be easily optimized for SEO and traffic analysis.
