Brian Haug

Brian joined MJH Life Sciences® in April, 1998, as a National Accounts Manager. Over the past 20 years, Brian has held several sales and management positions at MJH and was responsible for the launch of several new business lines and communication platforms in the managed care and pharmacy verticals. Brian currently serves as Executive Vice President, Healthcare, and oversees all the health care brands that were acquired in 2019 with the acquisition of UBM. In his role, he is responsible for the day-to-day oversight and operation of the Multimedia Medical and Dental business units, and their flagship publication, Medical Economics®. Brian is responsible for extending the product lines of the franchise through product innovation, developing strategic partnerships, and overseeing the sales and marketing efforts of each of the franchises. Before the acquisition in 2019, Brian had most recently led the pharmacy segment of MJH Life Sciences® as the President of Pharmacy and Healthcare Communications, LLC. Brian started his career as a mutual fund analyst for Merrill Lynch Asset Management, covering the health care sector for multiple open and closed-end mutual funds.

Chris Hennessy

Chris Hennessy began his career as a national accounts manager at MJH Life Sciences® in 2011. During his tenure with MJH, he has successfully launched two multimedia platforms within specialty pharmacy and veterinary medicine. His time with the veterinary business gave Chris much insight into various organizations, including media companies, conferences, and nonprofits, and in January 2018 he acquired his first business, the Atlantic Coast Veterinary Conference®, strengthening the company's portfolio and leadership in the veterinary industry. Chris knew this was the area of the business in which he could excel and help shape the growth of MJH Life Sciences®.

David Zaritsky

David is responsible for delivering thought leadership and best practices from the pharma industry as well as acting as a Customer Experience strategist with our clients. He brings over 30 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and nutraceutical markets. He has worked throughout the pharma industry in sales, marketing, strategy, and management and thus provides an "insider's" view of our environment. His experience in immersive storytelling, data marketing, multi-channel marketing (MCM), customer relationship marketing (CRM), and personalized marketing feeds into his role as SME on customer experiences and delivering the most engaging of moments to your stakeholders. His expertise in establishing corporate identity, targeting, and marketing execution helps deliver market know-how that serves the goals of long-term service and retention. David is an associate member of PhRMA and a tenured member of the PDMA. His articles regarding the pharmaceutical industry have appeared in MM&M, PharmaVoice, Med Ad News, and Pharmaceutical Executive Today. He has received recognition as one of the 100 Most Inspiring People in the Life-Sciences Industry by the readers of PharmaVoice twice and can be seen on the YouTube channel Questioning the Quo, discussing best practices and case studies within the world of health and wellness. Even his hobby of all things, James Bond, connects with his passion for online engagement and storytelling impact through his #1 YouTube channel.

Ed Bosak

Ed Bosak oversees video production and promotional project management at MJH Life Sciences®. He has been with the organization for four years, after spending a decade in television production and winning two Daytime Emmy Awards. He has diversified experience in field and set production and is proficient in videography, sound mixing, editing, screenwriting, lighting, crewing, and implementation of production workflows. Ed is a solutions-oriented leader who is certified in scaling operations, linking strategy, and execution.

Jack Lepping

Jack Lepping is a 35-year veteran of the health care communications and medical education industry who has served in a variety of roles, including business owner, publisher, sales professional, corporate ambassador, and manager. He has extensive hands-on experience creating educational and communication strategies for his clients to increase the knowledge and expertise of physicians and health care providers through strategically developed learning venues. Jack has been affiliated with Mike Hennessy organizations for the better part of 26 years, launching MultiMedia Healthcare with Mike in 1993. Following a successful stint as founder/owner of Medical Crossfire®, a hugely popular medical education product that was sold to Cardinal Health (later acquired by MJH Associates), Jack returned to MJH in 2009. Jack has served in various capacities at MJH, including vice president of sales for health care research and analytics, president of OncLive®, and vice president of corporate oncology. In his current role as vice chairman, Jack is aligned with worldwide oncology experts in guiding the organization's Oncology Ambassador Initiative that supports Physicians' Education Resource®, LLC (PER®); OncLive.com and OncologyLive®, Targeted Oncology®; Cancer Network®; the Giants of Cancer Care® awards program, CURE® magazine and curetoday.com; and the OncLive® Strategic Alliance Partnership affiliations with cancer centers. As vice chairman of MJH Life Sciences®, Jack acts as senior adviser to the chairman and CEO/president and has various executive assignments that include training/coaching, initiation and guidance of acquisition prospects, new product development, and corporate ambassador duties. He also serves on the advisory board for the Ruesch Center for the Cure of Gastrointestinal Cancers at the Georgetown Lombardi Comprehensive Cancer Center.

Michael Ball

Michael Ball began his career in medical communications over 20 years ago with a focus on continuing medical education (CME). After over 12 years in CME and communication, he broadened his experience in the pharmaceutical realm by moving into drug development. He traveled the world with a focus on negotiating manufacturing contracts with industry-leading CMOs, sourcing clinical trial site locations throughout Europe and Asia, and negotiated licensing deals that furthered the development across both large and small molecule drugs. Michael joined MJH Life Science® in 2017 as general manager of Physicians' Education Resource®, LLC (PER®), an industry leader in oncology and other multispecialty continuing medical education. In 2019 Michael was promoted to SVP of operations of PER® to ensure appropriate focus on the support of multiple services and divisions in the delivery of on-time, quality, innovative products, supporting the expansive growth PER® was experiencing. In 2020 he moved into a corporate role within MJH Life Sciences® to lead multiple divisions, including shared services, IT, and project management, across both promotional and education. His focus is to drive operational strategy and efficiencies, implement various enterprise-level products across the organization, and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal guidelines while maintaining quality assurance of the products the company delivers for its clients.

Mike Hennessy Jr. began his career as a national account manager at MJH Associates in 2010 and by September 2015 was elevated to president, with the responsibility of identifying new business opportunities and driving the overall growth of the organization. In 2019, Mike was promoted to president and CEO of MJH Life Sciences®. Since the beginning of his career, Mike has demonstrated his vision for creating new, engaging ways to serve health care professionals. After overseeing sustained, organic growth, Mike elevated MJH Life Sciences® further by acquiring UBM Life Sciences Group in January 2019. In June 2020, Mike launched Medical World News®, a first-of-its-kind news channel for health care professionals. He then launched the MJH Life Sciences® COVID-19 Coalition, a partnership with health care thought leaders devoted to providing ongoing insight around the pandemic and patient care. MJH Life Sciences™ has grown under Mike's leadership to more than 60 brands, producing over 975 events and reaching 7.6 million unique visitors per month online and 2 million via print. Mike Hennessy Sr. has spent over 40 years turning his passion for building businesses and creating jobs into a run of successful ventures and brands. He started as a janitor at Med Publishing, worked his way up to national account manager and, ultimately, chief operating officer. In 1993, Mike left to launch his own business, Multimedia Healthcare LLC, and built a portfolio of award-winning clinical journals. In 1996, he sold 50% of his company to Freedom Communications Inc. in Orange County, California, a multibillion-dollar company, creating MultiMedia Healthcare/Freedom. Mike continued as CEO and president. In 1999, Mike started Intellisphere LLC as a 50/50 partner with Freedom Communications. He pioneered a new approach to print and digital publishing, guided by the principles of innovation and entrepreneurial spirit and reflecting his dedication to improving quality of life through health care research and education. In 2000, Freedom Communications sold Mike its half of Intellisphere LLC, and, in 2001, Freedom purchased Mike's half of MultiMedia Healthcare/Freedom. As sole owner, Mike continued to run Intellisphere LLC, which was the seed and is still part of what has grown into MJH Life Sciences®. Over the years, Mike has added companies and capabilities to the business portfolio, including high-quality conferences, award-winning journals, comprehensive multimedia, and industry-leading education. Mike's vision is for each acquisition to advance the company's legacy as an authoritative, trusted brand, providing essential information to consumers and health care professionals. Because of his broad business and educational experience and understanding of the challenges facing New Jersey, Mike's counsel and insight have been sought by several organizations, including his alma mater, Rider University, where he has served on the board of trustees and executive committee. To further that legacy, the Mike & Patti Hennessy Foundation recently made a substantial donation toward the new wing of the university's Science and Technology Center.

Neil Glasser

Neil Glasser joined MJH Life Sciences® as chief financial officer in 2011. He is responsible for the financial management of the company, all M&A activity, and legal affairs. During his tenure, he has been integral to scaling the company's financial and legal functions to meet its growth. He has also managed the human resources, circulation, and IT functions at various times. Neil led the acquisitions of Physicians' Education Resource®, LLC (PER®); CURE Media Group; the Chemotherapy Foundation Symposium; the Atlantic Coast Veterinary Conference; UBM Life Sciences Group; Element - The Data Agency, the Pharmacy Benefit Management Institute, and Pharmaceutical Commerce®. Before joining MJH, Neil was vice president of finance for Sterling Publishing Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Barnes & Noble. At Sterling, he oversaw all finance operations for B&N's publishing division, which represented over $200 million in retail sales. Previously, he was vice president of finance at UniTeller Financial Services Inc., an innovations leader in the money transfer business. He guided the company through a successful sale to Grupo Financiero Banorte, a Forbes Global 2000 company, with more than $30 billion in assets under management. Neil received a 2017 Innovation Award from CFO Studio for his work at MJH. In 2018, Neil was a finalist for the NJ Tech Council CFO of the Year.

Robert Goldsmith

Bobby Goldsmith joined MJH Life Sciences® in 2011. He made his way through the ranks on the sales team, starting as a National Accounts Associate with OncLive®. During his tenure he has been responsible as an individual sales contributor with national and international pharmaceutical and biotech clientele in the oncology space and worked his way into sales management over the years. In his tenure he's contributed to and has overseen the revenue growth of the OncLive® division of MJH Life Sciences® by fivefold, doubling the topline revenue for the OncLive® Events division, and launching a new seven figure revenue division, OncLive® Medical. Bobby has personally managed multiple seven-figure pharmaceutical clients. In the fall of 2019, Bobby was promoted to Vice President of Sales corporately for MJH, broadening his purview beyond the OncLive® divisions to include overseeing the Healthcare Specialty Group of brands - HCPLive®, NeurologyLive®, and Contagion®. Prior to joining MJH, Bobby was an inside sales coordinator for the non-profit organization United Planet. At United Planet, Bobby helped manage the CRM system for inbound and outbound lead generation.

Shari Lundenberg

Shari Lundenberg is a seasoned global human resources executive with 25 years of experience partnering with senior executives and global business teams to develop and deliver strategic HR plans and programs. Shari is experienced in all HR disciplines, with expertise in leading business transformation and integration and aligning global, cross-functional teams to enable breakthrough performance. She is a visionary change manager with proven success translating organization business requirements into functional programs aligned with corporate culture and short- and long-term growth objectives. She is adept in strategic recruitment to attract top-level candidates, reduce turnover, maximize potential, and champion advancement. Before joining MJH in 2015, Shari was a key driver of organizational change for companies including Burlington Stores and Costume SuperCenter. After graduating from Syracuse University in 1994, she started her career in the executive training program at Bloomingdale's in New York.

Silas Inman

Silas Inman joined MJH Life Sciences® in early 2011 as one of the company's first web editors. In this position, he built OncLive.com from a fledgling web platform to a leading source of oncology news for community oncologists via in-depth reporting of breaking news from major medical conferences and the launch of OncLive® TV. Throughout his tenure at MJH, Silas has been accountable for several organic launches of highly successful brands, including Targeted Oncology™ and NeurologyLive®, and for quickly transforming acquisitions into high-functioning business units. In 2014, he integrated CURE® Media Group into the MJH portfolio, quickly growing the online traffic, launching new offerings, and streamlining the brand's print strategy. He continued this trend in 2019 with the acquisition of the UBM Life Sciences brands. Silas has always kept his eye on innovation and serving the front-line audiences for each brand. He was instrumental in the launch of several video offerings, including the recently debuted Medical World News® 24/7 broadcast network. Under his leadership, all the MJH Life Sciences® content groups have all excelled and are continually experimenting with new ideas and strategies.
