Justin comes with 26 years experience in the construction industry. His career began in England where he excelled to managing multi-story housing apartments and overseeing the multi million-pound mansions starting at the design build stage and seeing it through to completion. Since coming to Canada, Justin has built this company from the ground up with little funding and boasts the increased success of the company to his team and ability to increase his knowledge of the industry every year.

Kristin has 24 years in the Tourism and Hospitality industry working in many positions from Accountant, Human Resources and Management. With the similarities between the operations from one industry to the other, she continues to convert her skills from her previous profession to the company. Kristin is also constantly educating herself in construction management by taking multiple training courses to better familiarize herself with the industry.

Sam is ambitious, has excellent drive and a willingness to excel the company in its growth. He is extremely flexible and able to work in many of our divisions out in the field, but his true strengths are in estimating and scheduling for our projects.
