Jackie Czarnik

Job Titles:
  • INTERIOR DESIGNER
Jackie is part of the JFK Design-Build team as our in-house interior designer. Her role is to provide expert design knowledge to our clients while guiding and supporting them through the custom selection process. She provides expert interior design knowledge pulling together color, texture and space to help the client create their vision. Jackie is the main point of contact working side by side with our homeowners to ensure their selections are accurate, ordered correctly and staying on track with the installation schedule Throughout her years, since graduating from UW Milwaukee, she has worked as an interior designer in the residential home industry. Jackie has found that the most challenging yet exhilarating part of being a designer is creating a space for homeowners that is both beautiful and functional for their unique living style. Jackie knows everyone is different, so she enjoys building strong relationships with her clients, which allows her to better understand their wants, needs, and overall design aesthetic.

Jason Hennen

Job Titles:
  • PROJECT REPRESENTATIVE
Jason is part of the JFK Design Build team as our Project Representative. His role is to guide clients from the moment they start considering building a home to well after they take occupancy. Jason is integral in the initial phase of the building process by locating buildable lots, evaluating lots for potential builds, assisting clients with obtaining financing, beginning the consultation process, and acting as an intermediary, between all aspects of the build process when needed. Jason's expertise comes with over 25 years of real estate experience as a licensed Realtor and a licensed Real Estate Broker. He holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and a master's degree from Marquette University. Jason enjoys watching professional sports, exercise, camping, and spending time with his wife Galina, and their three children Izzy, Addy, and Elly.

Jeff Burg - President

  • PRESIDENT
Jeff has been in the construction industry for over 35 years, starting his career as a summer helper for rough carpenters at age 14. He gained the experience and knowledge needed to become a foreman and eventually turned his attention to Finish Carpentry, attaining his Union Carpenters license along the way. From leading finish carpentry crews, Jeff moved to project management of building multifamily and custom single-family homes. In 1995, Jeff formed JFK Design Build and has been building and remodeling custom family homes for over 25 years.

Mike Rewasiewicz

Job Titles:
  • Construction Project Manager
Mike is part of the JFK Design Build team as our Project Manager. His role includes responsibilities for planning and supervising a range of construction projects from custom new home building to large remodeling projects. He is integral in the building process from beginning to end. He is well-versed in all construction procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines. Additionally, he works closely with and communicating continuously with the client/owner. Mike's expertise comes with over 14 years of project management experience. He has an analytical mind and great organizational skills. He is excellent at ensuring projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.

Patti Burg

Job Titles:
  • Coordinator
Patti is part of the JFK Design Build team as our in-house coordinator. Her roles include Client care, Accounting, Marketing and Human Resources. Patti is an integral part of the business operations of JFK Design Build in several different capacities. Patti's expertise comes with over 20 years of experience in the world of building. Graduating with a Finance and Business degree, she started out in commercial construction and mixed in Corporate Real estate until joining Jeff at JFK.
