Bryan Altmire - COO

Bryan Altmire has extensive experience in the field of homeland security, defense and business. He has supported both the public and private sectors and has worked across a spectrum of organizational types and sizes, including newly formed organizations as well as firmly established entities. Bryan has specialized expertise in research and complex analysis and innovative technology development. In his research and analysis based work, Bryan applies extensive experience in national security with superior knowledge of homeland security policy and operations and emergency preparedness. He has proven experience leading cohesive teams in large-scale, federal transformation efforts for senior executive clients, including the Commissioner of U.S. Customs & Border Protection, and Assistant Secretary of DHS Policy. In this work he also builds and sustains needed partnerships across federal, non-profit and academic organizations to enable effective operations. In prior positions, Bryan served as an exercise designer for General Dynamics Corporation and Bridgeborn, Inc. In these positions, Bryan provided high-level technical support to the Army Office of The Surgeon General in support of the Army Medical Department's (AMEDD) Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense (CBRNE) Program, and the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) National Exercise Program. Moreover, he supported the design, development and execution of large-scale table-top and full-scale exercises including Top Officials 4 (TOPOFF 4). In his technology-focused work, Bryan led the development of two FEMA software applications to assist homeland security exercise planners. He is also currently developing a bottom-up, technology-enable process that systemically elicits, prioritizes and visualizes functional needs and requirements across any hierarchical organizational. This technology has the ability to provide all levels of leadership with critically needed decision making support and leverages the power of innovative data mining techniques such as natural language processing. Bryan holds a Master of Arts from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's of Science from James Madison University. Additionally, Bryan is certified by The Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional (PMP)®. He resides in Arlington, Virginia with his wife, Elaine, and sons, Mason, and Connor.

Chase LaChimia

Chase LaChimia is an experienced homeland security and defense professional providing consulting services to a variety of government organizations. He has supported Department of Homeland Security and Department of Defense clients with program management, acquisition, and business process improvement services. He specializes in research, complex analysis, and utilizing innovative technologies to improve efficiency and solve multifaceted organizational issues. In his capacity as Director of IT Management, Chase is leading a multi-year effort to ensure KSA's compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification requirements. He works closely with KSA's IT Managed Service Provider ProntoTech to ensure the company's IT infrastructure is secure and postured for an increasingly virtual work environment. In addition to IT management, he also supports KSA's business development efforts with proposal writing and assists in the oversight of website, marketing, and social media activity. Chase has also contributed original content to KSA's Leadership Blog. Chase is passionate about national security issues and international relations. Prior to KSA, he was a research intern for the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies where he wrote and presented a comprehensive research product on the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant. Chase received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2016 from the University of California Irvine and a Master of Professional Studies in Applied Intelligence from Georgetown University in 2021. Originally from San Diego, he now resides in Arlington, Virginia.

Dave Danelo

An award-winning author and former senior US government executive, Dave Danelo brings over 25 years of public and private sector experience to the KSA Integration Team. A 1998 US Naval Academy graduate, Danelo served as a US Marine Corps infantry officer for seven years, directed policy and planning for US Customs and Border Protection, and wrote and researched for several think tanks. As KSA Integration's Director of Research, Danelo's contributions include multiple strategic communications, strategic studies, quality control project management and operational analysis efforts. His books BLOOD STRIPES, THE BORDER, THE RETURN, and THE FIELD RESEARCHER'S HANDBOOK have been assigned as required reading in professional circles. Danelo speaks Spanish, travels often and calls Far West Texas home.

David Hitchcock

Entrepreneurial business leader with over 30 years of experience in strategy, operations, maintenance, training, and human capital management. David has successfully led manufacturing and production operations, turnaround and change initiatives, site expansion and environmental remediation projects, and created and delivered innovative training and cultural improvement programs. At KSA, David oversees the Business Process Improvement Portfolio, leading a team of consultants, analysts, and experts providing services to multiple US Government, international, and private sector organizations. His distinguished 20 year Marine Corps career included squadron command, senior staff assignments, and two combat tours in the Middle East. Subsequently, he held leadership positions in three innovative clean energy companies in the automotive, biofuel/biochemical, and waste recycling industries. David has provided management consultant services to clients across a variety of industries including petrochemicals, agribusiness, energy generation and transmission, cleantech, and the Department of Defense. He also serves as an executive coach and mentor to senior executives, emerging leaders, and teams. A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, he later earned a MA from the Naval War College. David is a Project Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, a Society of Human Resource Management - Senior Certified Professional, FAA Certified Multi-Engine Flight Instructor, and a graduate of Georgetown University's Institute for Transformational Leadership Executive Coaching Certificate program. A committed life-long learner, he is currently pursuing an MA in Philosophy at George Mason University. David volunteers as a committeeman for USA Fencing and as a mentor for the George Washington University Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. A proud father of two adult children, David resides in rural Northern Virginia with his wife, Katherine, two dogs, and one cat.

Eric O'harra

Eric O'Harra joined KSA in September of 2018 as the Program Manager for the Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Regiment Sergeant Merlin German Call Center and currently serves as KSA's Comprehensive Veterans Support Portfolio Manager. Prior to joining KSA, Eric served over 26 years as a commissioned officer in the Marine Corps as an Aviation Command and Control Officer. During his military career he held numerous command positions from the company to squadron level. These included director of the Marine Corps Air Command and Control School and Marine Air Control Squadron 4 in Okinawa Japan. He also has served as Operations and Executive Officer at the Regimental level as well as Project Lead, Aviation Command and Control Transition Task Force, and Tactical Air Command Center Advocate at Headquarters USMC Aviation. His final tour was serving as Executive Officer for the Wounded Warrior Regiment in Quantico Virginia where he discovered his deep passion for helping veterans.

Gen. Keith Stalder - CEO, Founder

KSA Integration was founded by Lt. Gen. Keith Stalder, USMC, Retired. Building on his 40 years of success and leadership in the Marine Corps and Department of Homeland Security, he brings a broad and deep appreciation for, and understanding of, the fundamental challenges of organizations and businesses, both in government and the private sectors. He is a Senior Fellow at the Center for Naval Analysis (CNA), the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies (PIPS), and the Global Resilience Institute (GRI). He served as the National Commander of the Marine Corps Aviation Association for five and a half years and is a member of the Golden Eagles. While on active duty he was the Commanding General of U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific and before that Commanding General of II Marine Expeditionary Force. He has served as the Commanding General of seven separate organizations and is one of the military's most experienced operational commanders. As the senior Marine Military Representative to the U.S. Pacific Command, he was instrumental in negotiating international accords on the basing of U.S. forces in Japan and strengthening international alliances to preserve peace in East Asia and the Pacific. Lieutenant General Stalder served as the Commanding General, Training and Education Command; Commanding General, 3rd Marine Aircraft Wing in Iraq; and the Deputy Commanding General, 1st Marine Expeditionary Force, in Operation Iraqi Freedom I. He commanded Marine Fighter Attack Squadron 531 and Marine Aviation Weapons and Tactics Squadron One and was the Deputy Director for Plans and Policy, United States Central Command during Operation Enduring Freedom. He was born in Venezuela and grew up in Alaska. A graduate of Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, he holds a Masters Degree in Aeronautics.

Grace Milam

Grace Milam joined KSA in March of 2020 as the Director of Talent Acquisition and Management. Since then, she has added the title of Director of Human Resources (HR) to her function, while cultivating KSA's culture along the way. Her focus and strategy have always been to source and hire lifelong KSAers that are committed to upholding our values and reputation within the defense contracting industry. As the Director of Talent Acquisition and HR, she is responsible for developing and leading KSA's company-wide recruitment and human resources strategies, practices, and objectives so that we can deliver the highest-quality services to our customers. Grace started her career at Dynamis, a defense contractor and esteemed KSA partner, as a Management Analyst supporting the company's first contract with the Transportation Security Administration. Following her time supporting several federal agencies, she moved to Sydney, Australia to pursue international travel while working concurrently for a recruitment agency and cancer research institute. She is skilled in various analytic methods, client requirement definition, stakeholder engagement, qualitative research, professional writing, editing, project management, business process improvement, and international relations. She has international experience, studying both International Relations and Communications in London, England.

Jamie Murphy

Jamie Murphy is the Program Manager for the United States Marine Corps Wounded Warrior Call Center. Prior to joining KSA Integration, Jamie served for 21 years in the Marine Corps as an infantry officer. During his career, Jamie participated in multiple deployments in support of Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom holding numerous staff and command billets to include the operations officer for the Wounded Warrior Regiment and retired as the Marine Expeditionary Rifle Squad Capabilities Integration Officer. Jamie is a graduate of The Citadel with a B.A. in Psychology and currently resides in Woodbridge, Virginia with his family.

John Milam

John Milam is the Founder and CEO of Dynamis, an elite provider of professional and technical services to the Federal Government and a number of European and Middle Eastern governments and institutions. Over his 39 year career he has served at virtually all levels of technical, management, and leadership responsibility inherent in the professional services industry. As such, Mr. Milam is deeply experienced in all facets of successfully starting, building, growing, and sustaining like companies and consultancies. In the course of his career, Mr. Milam has been principal investigator on a series of studies regarding the international security environment for the Office of the Secretary of Defense as well as the Joint Chiefs of Staff among others. He has developed several cutting-edge analytic methodologies and tools to provide insight and understanding into the geostrategic balance of power between the US, its allies, and its competitors. As an entrepreneur, Mr. Milam has acted as a senior executive at both large and small companies being responsible for all facets of corporate governance appropriate to his organization. This includes creating the corporate culture, establishing the vision, developing the strategy, and building the plans necessary for long term growth and profitability. At this point in his career, his mission is to share his experience and knowledge with other like minded individuals who share his passion for making the world a safer and better place.

Larisa Funk

Larisa Funk is a highly skilled Data Scientist, Transformational Leader, and Mentor with over 23 years of professional experience building, supporting, and leading multi-disciplinary analytic teams and projects. She leads teams which leverage diversity and inclusion to achieve technical excellence and she has demonstrated success in developing and leading highly technical teams and projects. She is a champion of performance-based metrics, monitoring, and continuous analysis and reporting. She is an expert in technical project management and delivery. At KSA Integration, Larisa is responsible for leading and developing the Data Analytics Portfolio. She leads projects and teams that deliver end to end data analytics products and solutions including data engineering and architecture, operations research, artificial intelligence and machine learning, data visualization and business intelligence, and data governance. She is responsible for exceptional delivery to current customers, as well as strategic and corporate growth of our analytic capability. Prior to joining KSA, Larisa served as a transformational leader at Booz Allen Hamilton, leading the Data Analytics and Aviation Readiness Team from its inception into a significant enterprise asset. In that role, she served in a wide range of team leadership and project analytic roles across the Department of Defense (DoD) portfolio. She gained extensive experience in aviation readiness analysis and led analytic studies that resulted in the reprogramming of significant funding to support critical Naval Aviation projects. As a senior Defense leader in the Patuxent River, Maryland office, she provided analytics support across the defense market, and was directly responsible for the team's professional products and services, financial performance, and contractual execution. Prior to joining Booz Allen Hamilton, Larisa developed complex system dynamics-based predictive simulation modeling tools for Navy systems. She delivered experienced Return on Investment (ROI) analysis, life cycle cost forecasting, and mission reliability impact analysis, for the Propeller Systems and engines of the P-3, C-130, C-2 and E-2 platforms. These predictive models were data driven and delivered logistics and engineering decision support analytics to leadership charged with determining the optimal solution to improving system readiness and decreasing costs as quickly as possible. In addition to her wealth of experience, Larisa holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from Indiana University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration from Ohio University. She resides in Patuxent River, Maryland with her husband Matthew and their 4 daughters.

Michael (Mike) Gardner - Chief Legal Officer

Mike Gardner is a shareholder at Greenberg Traurig, LLP where he focuses his work supporting companies that provide national security and infrastructure services to federal and foreign customers. He has experience working with contract negotiations, bid protests, claims and dispute resolution at GAO, the Court of Federal Claims and the Boards of Contract, and has provided compliance support related to the Federal Acquisition Regulations, ITAR, the Defense Security Service, and the Defense Contract Audit Agency. Mike works on international programs managed by the Defense Logistics Agency; global security and nation building programs managed by the Department of State and the Department of Defense; broad spectrum IT solutions including secured cloud data and software as a service programs sponsored by the Department of Defense, the intelligence community and regulated industries like health care, insurance, and financial services; marine industrial work including ship building and repair; and renewable energy project work supporting both major federal facilities and remote, resilient operations. Mike assists large and small businesses on capitalizing on Small Business Administration initiatives. He has also worked with Fortune 50 and privately held companies to develop and implement plans to increase revenue and profitability through organic growth and acquisitions and to plan and execute liquidity events like ESOPs, private equity investment, and M&A

Robert (Bob) Watt

Bob Watt is responsible for building a multiple year growth strategy for KSA Integration, that focuses on increasing pipeline opportunities and differentiating the client base that KSA can support by leveraging KSA's functional capabilities. He leads the training and education of KSA's Portfolio Managers in their capture efforts for new work and clients. Maintains an update pipeline management process and tool that informs KSA leadership on key business decisions. Prior to joining KSA Integration, Bob was a Principal / Director, Decision Analytics, Booz Allen (2008-2021), In that role, he led Booz Allen's efforts in support of the United States Marine Corps. In particular, he was the market lead for the Deputy Commandant's for Aviation, Combat Development and Integration, Marine Corps Systems Command and Training and Education Command. In these roles, he was directly responsible for managing client expectations, maintaining financial performance, and minimizing risks to the execution of contracts. Bob was a senior Defense leader in the Booz Allen Stafford office providing analytics and acquisition/program management support. Lastly, he led Booz Allen's community volunteer program supporting Fredericksburg's Rebuilding Together for 10 years While serving in the United States Air Force (Lt Col, Retire), he gained significant leadership experience within the Air Force itself, while serving on the Joint Staff, and while working with multi-national partners. Acquisition management experience ranged from $5 million programs to $12+ billion programs, and has expertise in the development, staffing, and managing of acquisition requirements and programs from command-and-control systems, to aircraft procurement, and air and missile defense systems. Over the course of his Air Force career, he proved that he was an accomplished innovator in the development of new analysis and decision support tools for air and missile defense, and in the building of the new DoD resource management processes. He acquired comprehensive knowledge of the DoD's Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) process, and gained expertise in the Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) and war fighter requirements development and management. Bob holds a Master's in Business Administration from the University of South Dakota and a Bachelor's of Science from Southeast Missouri State University. Additionally, he is DAWIA Level II Certification in Program Management. He resides in Stafford, Virginia with his wife Melissa.
