The Chef, Joe Guardascione, has over 35 years of cooking experience and has worked for three well known Italian restaurants on Long Island. In 2015, Joe decided to bring his skills to Speonk and assume ownership of Michelangelo. Joe and his family are very proud to be a family-owned business, making authentic Italian food for their customers and having the chance to earn the loyalty of anyone that walks through the door!
