Andrew C. Wilson serves as both lead trial counsel and appellate counsel in all stages of federal and state civil litigation as well as in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies.
Andrew Capitelli graduated cum laude in 2008 from Louisiana State University's Paul M. Hebert Law Center, where he was selected for the Chancellor's List and received the CALI Award for Legal Research and Writing and for Corporate and White Collar Criminal Law. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Capitelli received his undergraduate degree, summa cum laude, from Louisiana State University, where he majored in English Literature. At Louisiana State University, he was inducted into the Foreaux Society and was selected as a University Medalist.
Mr. Capitelli was selected for the Louisiana State Bar Association's 2013-2014 Leadership Class, and he received a Certificate of Recognition for his work with the Leadership Class. Mr. Capitelli was voted as Northshore's Best Attorney in 2012 by Sophisticated Woman magazine and in 2022 by Edge of the Lake magazine. He was selected as the recipient of the Louisiana Appleseed Good Apple Award in 2010. In 2017, Mr. Capitelli was again honored with the Louisiana Appleseed Good Apple Award, and he is the first double recipient of the award. Mr. Capitelli currently serves as Revisions Editor of the Louisiana State Bar Association Emergency Disaster Training Manual, a position he has held since 2009.
Mr. Capitelli also currently serves as an adjunct professor at the University of New Orleans, where he teaches Healthcare Ethics, Law and Policy to students in the Healthcare Management Program.
Mr. Capitelli was raised on the Northshore, and attended St. Paul's School in Covington, Louisiana. He currently resides in Mandeville, Louisiana with his wife, Lesley, daughter, Avaley, and twins, August and Anabelle.
Mr. Randall Loewen has practiced law for over 38 years, concentrating the areas of oil and gas, corporate and real estate law, onshore and offshore work for drilling & production operations.
Chadwick W. Collings currently serves as the firm's managing partner, a position he assumed on January 1, 2021. Mr. Collings graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor of Arts in 1994 and he received his Juris Doctor from Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Center for Law in 1997.
Since beginning his practice of law, Mr. Collings has almost exclusively been engaged in the areas of litigation and representing various businesses, governmental entities and insurers. He has successfully tried cases before Federal and State district courts and has argued numerous appellate cases before the U.S. Fifth Circuit, the Louisiana Supreme Court, and multiple appellate courts throughout Louisiana.
In 2021, Mr. Collings successfully completed the St. Tammany Parish Sheriff's Office P.O.S.T. 1 Reserve Academy, which allows him to better understand and represent first responders.
Mr. Collings is a veteran of the Louisiana Army National Guard, having served as an infantryman for 7 years. He was honorably discharged in 1996.
Mr. Collings currently resides in Mandeville, Louisiana with his wife, Linda, and his sons Matthew and Jack.

Kenneth R. Whittle graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2018, was admitted to the bar in September 2019. Prior to joining Milling Benson Woodward L.L.P., Mr. Whittle practiced insurance defense for two years in Alexandria, Louisiana. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Whittle received his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Louisiana State University.

Mr. Pizza is a member of the American College of Health Care Executives and American Health Lawyers Association (1989) and has been a guest speaker at forums sponsored by the American Health Lawyers Association, the American Bar Association, the Louisiana Society of Hospital Attorneys and other groups. Through June of 2016 he was a member of the AHLA Life Members Council.
Normand Pizza was an adjunct professor at Troy State University, Florida Region, where he taught Health & The Law for the Master's in Public Administration Program beginning in 1996. In 2008 he began teaching Health Care Law and Ethics in the Business Management College at the University of New Orleans (UNO) to students seeking a Master's Degree in Health Care Management. He is a past president of the New Orleans Healthcare Managers Association. Mr. Pizza has served as subcommittee chairman for the American Academy of Hospital Attorneys on Boren Amendment litigation. He was a member of the Advisory Council of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He was a director of Louisiana HOSPAC. Mr. Pizza was a Director and founding member of the Louisiana Society of Hospital Attorneys. Mr. Pizza was also a founding member of the Community Hospital Coalition (a lobbying group composed of nine mid-sized hospitals in Louisiana). He has both written and lectured for the American Bar Association Forum on Health Law and TIPs (Torts and Insurance Practice), and for the American Health Lawyer's Association. He is a Member of the East and West St. Tammany Chambers of Commerce and The Knights of Columbus.

Mr. Santora has represented healthcare providers, including hospitals, physicians, physician practice groups, home health agencies, and independent diagnostic testing facilities, in the negotiation and preparation of physician recruitment agreements, medical director agreements, nurse staffing agreements, physician employment agreements, and related healthcare agreements. He has represented healthcare providers and provided advice on compliance with The Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act, limitations on physician self-referrals under the "Stark laws," and the anti-kickback provisions of the Fraud and Abuse laws.
Mr. Santora has created various types of entities, including corporations, limited liability companies, professional medical corporations, and partnerships.
