Aaron has honed his craft in fabrication, design and manufacturing environments, including antique lumber reclamation and restoring vintage motorcycles. With a degree in Industrial Design, he handles the intricacies of production planning with confidence and a capable, thoughtful approach. He holds court in ERP design and execution, which allows our team to track daily labor, material, and inventory.
Amanda is Chief Penny Pincher and Paperwork Pusher. For 15+ years, she has been a bootstrapping buccaneer, juggling work, family, and fruit snacks with ease. Her consistent track record of growing and revitalizing businesses through best practices for employee development, financing and more helps her be the driving force of our team. Escapes from the grind with fantasy novels and traveling to exotic places like Target or Chick-Fil-A.

Auguste is an international man of mystery and systems. From his unassuming approach to the world, you'd never know he spent a decade in EMT/Rescue Diving, live-event production engineer, or corporate event producer for presidential candidates and White House election coverage for major networks. He brings an amazing sense of humor and a big heart to work every day, and we love him.
From a career that began in teaching, Brad transitioned to the specialized vehicle industry, where he continued to grow his passion for leading teams and helping people. His role at Mission Mobile is to ensure every client receives the highest level of support to keep their vehicle on the road for as long as they need it.

"Miami" Brad is another high performer who a heart for service and is always looking out for our clients, making sure they have what they need to keep their mobile clinics on the road. A Miami native, he spends his free time coaching youth lacrosse, hiking, and spending time with his young son Everest. His holiday sock collection is impressive, and Halloween is his favorite time of year. There's no alternative to appreciating his positive attitude and all he does for the team.
Brad Watson - Chief Strategy Officer
Brad is an entrepreneur with 20+ years of Healthcare success leading and serving others. He is the ‘Chief Navigator of Solutions for Any-and-Every-Situation'. Driven by his own mission to play a role in improving access to care, his expertise lies in delivering exactly what the client wants from concept to finance to support. Off the clock, you can find him hunting golf balls or spending time with his wife, three kiddos, and chocolate lab, Birdie!

Bruce is a mechanical engineer whose experiences with machine design, documentation, and installations in multiple countries give him a unique outlook on successful communication of information. While he loves old books and movies, he also enjoys learning new things and creating better methods. He is a critical part of the team, making improvements to our processes to drop Days In Engineering to single digits.
Few positions are as important to the success or failure of their teams as a Crew Chief in NASCAR. If you compare it to football, this guy is the quarterback, coach, and general manager. When things are heating up and moving fast, Donnie is a master strategist in an ever-changing environment. We're proud of the best crew chief, husband, and dad, our Director of Manufacturing in the world.
Dr. Coaston is a superstar with 30+ yrs of in-patient, community & faith-based care! With an MSc Nursing/Family Nurse Practitioner degree and certification as Public Health Nurse, she led the Well Of Healing Mobile Medical Clinic for 20+yrs providing primary care to homeless individuals within San Bernardino County, CA. A family-first leader with expertise in strategic partnerships and grant writing, Dr. C is a valuable member of your team.

As a dedicated advocate for healthcare and education, Jacki served in leadership roles at non-profits, government, and in the private sector. Jacki has 25+ years of experience in healthcare operations, leadership, project management, and affordable housing management. When she is not working, you will find her with her two giant pups, Leo and Roman, in a boxing class, doing a Peloton Bootcamp or exploring the beautiful state of Rhode Island with her camera.
Jan (or Mama Jan, or J-Rock) nurtures Mission Mobile heart and soul, keeping us happy and out of trouble. With over three decades of experience as executive Training and HR with global brands like 7-Eleven, Yogurtland, and Rita's Italian Ice, we were lucky to scoop her up to join our mission. She's one-of-a-kind - with emphasis on Kind. When she's not caring for our team, she's front row and center rooting for her other favorite teams. Go UNC and LA Chargers!
Joshua is a combat Army veteran and recent MBA graduate who uses his 20 years of experience in marketing and manufacturing to keep things running smoothly. His ability to see the entire field while delivering projects on time and on target makes him invaluable to our team.
Justin delivers exacting expertise with an artistic touch and an entertaining sense of humor. As the Chief Engineer Extraordinaire at Mission Mobile, he is skilled in finding the perfect balance between the client's vision and the technical details. He'll move mountains to make sure our clients get what they want, while keeping the fabrication, support, and service trains running on time. Favorite designer: Neil Rotroff
Kurt is a people-first leader with 25+ years of multi-unit growth and operations leadership - primarily with start-ups, joint ventures, franchisors, and franchisees. He develops growth strategies and supports our regional sales teams. Zen for him is grilling outdoors, researching travel destinations, fishing, and playing with Kimo (his Weimaraner and loyal shadow).
Laura is the perfect blend of passion, purpose, and critical execution. She adds over a decade of sales and marketing expertise to her knowledge, experience and ability to build deep relationships. She has a genuine care for her clients and teammates and we are thankful for her, and all she does. Her inspiring motto? "The best is yet to come!"

As an EMT, he knows the need for mobile medical care and is excited to be helping other medical providers bring healthcare to their communities!
