Marta Nadal, PhD is the founder and CEO of MplusM Research Network. Marta is responsible for business development and the strategic direction for the company.
With over 40 years experience in the health sector and more than 15 years experience in the clinical trials industry, Marta is highly experienced in industry trends both in the United States as well as in Europe and Latin America. She has also been involved in health advocacy and health policy consulting in Latin America, overseeing important health campaigns and pharmaceutical initiatives in the region.
Marta holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology and has conducted doctoral work in public health at the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston. Marta is passionate about travel and has lived in five countries and speaks fluent English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Marta Nelson is co-founder of MplusM Consulting, LLC and holds the position of Director of Operations.
Marta is responsible for managing all the operations of our site network. She is also responsible for negotiating contracts and budgets and quality control.
Marta previously worked in health policy consulting, collaborating with large pharmaceutical companies in the development of new health care initiatives in the U.S. and Latin America.
Marta graduated f rom the London School of Economics with a Master of Science (MSc) degree. She is fluent in English and Spanish.

Randall Nelson is the Site Development Manager for MplusM Consulting. He is responsible for expanding the network in the United States by bringing new quality sites to our network.
He has significant experience in the health sector, having been responsible in the past for MplusM Consulting's operations and site expansion in Mexico and in Latin America. His previous experience includes having managed the operations and expansion of a large U.S. based health care franchise across 12 countries in Eastern and Central Europe.
Randall holds a Master of Science (MSc) degree from the University of London. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese and is conversational in Bulgarian. He has traveled to over 70 countries and has worked and studied in five different countries.

Richard Leach is a Business Development professional with more than 30 years' experience across a range of services serving the Pharmaceutical and Biotech industry. Having worked as both an executive and individual contributor he has a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the needs of the client. He has experience in negotiating preferred provider agreements, clinical proposals, and master services agreements, interacting with all levels of management in both small and large pharma.
As a previous Vice President of Business Development for a small startup CRO, he created processes for proposal development and costing as well as the brand messaging and marketing brochures.
Working with multiple global CROs he managed key accounts across multiple service areas globally; Developing strategic initiatives, tactical expectations and revenue calculations to expand brand awareness within the account and manage operational efficiencies.
Rick has 30 plus years of business development experience, 25 years in CRO development services and a keen understanding of pharmaceutical development. Throughout his career he has focused in supporting ethical business practices, ensuring personal accountability and supporting the development team and goals of the organization. MplusM consulting would like to welcome Rick as a new member of our team.
