With over 3 years of design experience, I have helped teams to better understand their users' needs, working to create experiences that help businesses reach their goals. I am a human-centred design evangelist with experience in user research, ideation, prototyping and design validation... In 2017, I completed an internship in SAP where I learned from experts in the field. Here, I received instruction from industry leaders, and this is when my passion for UX and UI Design first took root. In 2019 I qualified in Digital Media Design and volunteered as a User Researcher to educate businesses the importance of research when developing a product... Later I got a job as a Digital Product Designer and worked closely on UX and UI on a daily bases. Even though I worked a full-time job, I continued to generate UX and UI work for a start-up on the side, since I felt I had more to offer.
