A results-driven leader with multi-faceted insurance, risk management and brokerage experience, Kyle McClellan is a key insurance advisor to middle market businesses and nonprofit organizations.
In addition to leading core practice areas focused on transportation, human services and real estate, Kyle works directly with business owners to minimize their exposures and maximize their protection. In 2021, Kyle was named to Insurance Business America's Rising Stars list, which recognizes individuals who are making tremendous contributions to their respective areas of expertise within the insurance industry.
Kyle joined NSM Insurance Group in 2015 and has been instrumental in the growth of NSM's Retail Division. Prior to joining NSM, he served as an advisor for a leading financial services firm, helping business owners protect their assets.
Kyle earned a bachelor's degree in business administration from Cabrini University and holds a Property & Casualty License. Kyle lives in Media, PA with his wife Casey.
With 30+ years of commercial insurance experience, Rick French has been dedicated to protecting the success of manufacturing, wholesale/distribution and technology companies.
Leading core practice areas focused on these industries, Rick designs, implements and monitors insurance and risk management programs that help clients regain control of their insurance expenses. Through active engagement with key groups and associations, he also helps leaders stay ahead of industry trends and topics affecting their businesses.
Rick holds both the Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) and the Accredited Advisor of Insurance (AAI) designations and is a licensed Property & Casualty insurance agent in the states of PA, NJ and DE. He received his bachelor's degree from Ithaca College. Rick and his wife, Liz, reside in Ambler, PA with their son and two daughters.

Known for his deep industry knowledge and providing exceptional service, Ryan Suder works side by side with clients to customize insurance solutions that meet their unique needs and exposures.
Ryan is a certified Management Liability Insurance Specialist (MLIS) and earned his bachelor of business administration degree in risk management and insurance from Temple University. He lives in Glenside, PA.
Sean Conaboy has been with NSM Insurance Brokers for the past 19 years - focused exclusively on working directly with provider organizations in the treatment, behavioral healthcare and human service industries.
In this role, Sean leverages his more than 20 years of experience working at all levels within the behavioral healthcare and treatment space, along with extensive property and casualty and risk management expertise.
Sean works exclusively with behavioral healthcare clients and helps them to develop insurance and risk management programs tailored to meet their unique needs. He also provides insurance due diligence for acquisition-minded clients, as well as corporate acquisition services for the private equity sector.
In addition to his vast experience, Sean also holds a master's degree in both Social Work (MSW) and Public Policy/Health Care Administration (MPA).
