Things really accelerated for both of us in 2018 when we started meeting regularly to discuss the mentoring work we were doing, as well as the ways that this work intersected with our own personal development. Together we began to uncover more effective ways of working with our clients, and also more important and effective ways to work with ourselves. This collaboration illuminated traps that diminished our effectiveness, honed our skills, and invited us to grow as individuals and as mentors. As our caseloads filled, it became obvious that the need for this quality of mentorship was far beyond what the two of us could meet alone. With a desire to invite others onto this path of self-mastery and service, we began creating the Mentor Development Program, and began training and mentoring future leaders to take up this crucial role of mentoring others. It is our vision to ultimately broaden this network of Noble Mentors across the community, country, and even the world, supporting one..
