Johannie obtained B.Comm Management Accounting degree at the University of Stellenbosch at the end of 2004. In 2007 she completed her articles at Theron Du Plessis Somerset West. She is a qualified SAIPA member from 2018. After many years in the private sector with experience in various fields, she joined the Pienaar Stofberg family in 2018 and has been on the management team since March 2022.

Letha obtained her National Diploma in Internal Auditing at the Cape Technikon in 1991. She worked at SARS from 1992 to 1994 and was admitted as full practicing member of IAC in 1994. On 1 August 1994 she started her own business, renamed Pienaar Stofberg CC in 2000, and she obtained her Certificate to become an Independent Reviewer in 2012.
