Elliot joined Reynolds Colman Bradley LLP as a Solicitor in December 2022, having previously worked in DAC Beachcroft LLP's - Global Property/Casualty team, specialising in construction, property damage, marine, and aviation claims on coverage, defence liability, and subrogated recoveries. Elliot trained at BLM LLP, which included separate seats in Construction Professional Indemnity and Professional Indemnity. He has undertaken successful secondments to Zurich's Construction & Energy team as a Claims Adjuster handling a variety of mid-high value construction all risks and on-shore / off-shore energy claims, and Chubb's Marine team as a Recoveries Claims Handler to undertake EU Cargo recovery claims for international carriage of goods by sea, road, and air. Elliot obtained a Bachelor of Laws from Southampton University before completing the Legal Practice Course with BBP Law School.

Paul has had cases reported in the Court of Appeal and House of Lords, the latter involved partners of the accountancy firm, Smith & Williamson, and is the leading authority on economic torts in English law. He has also had successful outcomes in cases in overseas jurisdictions, in particular in the French courts.
Paul has had articles on D&O cover and Insolvency claims published in Corporate Rescue and Insolvency and has spoken, internally and externally, on a range of topics in the professional indemnity and policy coverage field. He has also presented seminars to international audiences, at an SCG conference in Zurich, with Swiss Re, on issues concerning insurers' international panels.

Shaun is an Associate Solicitor in our London office. He is an experienced commercial litigator, in matters predominantly involving complex, high value litigation with a thorough understanding of the Civil Procedure Rules, litigation and costs process. He also has experience advising on financial regulation, commercial and general corporate matters.
Shaun joined RCB in June 2020, specialising in insurance-related dispute resolution and professional indemnity work for the firm's insurer and corporate clients. He also deals with matters involving solicitors' negligence, financial services claims and policy coverage disputes.
