RDB Institute of Management (RIM) was founded in the year 2003 with the approval of AICTE, New Delhi. It has taken great strides since its inception to make it a leading Institute in the field of Management Education in the rural area of Tamil Nadu. With a vision of 2020, the management has decided to develop this institute as a world class centre for Management Education and Research for the benefit of the dynamic and talented youth of this rural area. Its major aim is not to simply create executives but to create Executive cum Entrepreneurs.
