A Chartered Accountant from England & Wales with a degree in Economics from the London School of Economics, he joined the Group's metal packaging business in Nigeria in 2005.
Since 2007, he has been involved in establishing the Group's businesses in Dubai and Mauritius.

Mr. Avinash Hiranandani leads RenewSys, the renewable energy arm of the ENPEE Group.
He has diverse leadership experience with nearly 30 years of work experience in industries like packaging, energy, and engineering. He believes in a hands-on approach and works closely with teams across the organization.

Mr. N.P. Kirpalani - fondly referred to as NPK - was the founder of the ENPEE Group.
A first-generation entrepreneur, he began his journey in Nigeria in 1961 with a small trading business.
He powered ahead, navigating many challenging economic environments, to build a personal and business legacy on the tenets of commitment and integrity.
An inspirational powerhouse, he successfully managed teams for over 50 years, fostering a values-led culture, and building a flourishing conglomerate that includes manufacturing operations across Africa, the Middle East, and India, with sales offices in various countries.

Mr. Rajesh Singh is a polymer expert with nearly 30 years' experience in the solar and polymer industries. He began his career as a key member of the R&D team and went on to lead projects in Product and System Development, several of which received recognition from national and international accreditation institutions for excellence in innovation. Since then he has been an integral part of teams across functions like Research & Development, Manufacturing, Business Development, Project Management, and Operations.
Mr. Sanjay Kirpalani represents the next generation of the ENPEE Group and is the Chairman of the ENPEE Group including RenewSys India Pvt. Ltd.
Based in Singapore where he has oversight of the Group's investment office, he supports the strategic planning and growth initiatives for the Group.
Inducted in the Group business since 1990, he has successfully led major expansion initiatives in existing businesses and established greenfield projects for the Group in Nigeria.
