Brent Stuntzner

Brent Stuntzner is a licensed architect in Saskatchewan, Oregon, Washington and Virginia. In addition to his experience with large multi-family developments, K-12 projects, higher education facilities and office spaces, he also has a substantial background in both residential and commercial construction. Brent's initiation into commercial construction took place in McMurdo Station, Antarctica in the early 1990s where he worked for Antarctic Support Associates, an operations and construction contractor for the National Science Foundation. Mr. Stuntzner relocated to Portland, Oregon where he worked as a residential carpenter and general contractor for over 20 years. In 2009, he earned his Master of Architecture degree from the University of Oregon and began his career in commercial architecture, project management, and construction administration. Mr. Stuntzner provides plan reviews, architectural advisement, construction management software coordination and support, vendor and material research and coordination, low-voltage coordination and advisement and value engineering research and execution.

Dan Hebert

Job Titles:

Mr. Hebert owned and operated a commercial landscape company for ten years in the province of Saskatchewan. During this same period, he engaged in construction projects inclusive of large multi-family communities. Mr. Hebert coordinates job site sub-contractors, Riverbend labor teams, delivery logistics, equipment safety, and maintenance, as-built drawings, trade to architect communication, procurement, scheduling, site safety, and site project workflow.

Denise O'Regan

Job Titles:
  • Purchase & Design Coordinator - Safety Coordinator
Denise O'Regan has an extensive background in construction administration, on-site construction safety management and project design coordination. From custom homes to large scale commercial projects, she has successfully been a part of bringing projects to completion since 1996. Mrs. O'Regan directs policy related to company safety and manages on-site safety protocols and related documentation. She also works closely with vendor design teams through the design and execution processes. Additionally, Ms. O'Regan coordinates purchasing.

Justin Scott - CFO

As a Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA), Justin Scott has experience across various industries, functions and activities, including management consulting, investment banking and corporate finance. Mr. Scott began his career on Bay Street in Toronto, Ontario after graduating from the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario as an investment banker. He then re-located back to his home province of Saskatchewan, gaining significant experience in management consulting and corporate financing within the financial services industry with one of the Big Four accounting firms as well as one of the globe's largest financial institutions where he financed construction projects. Beginning in 2019, along with his partners, Mr. Scott participated in the management of construction projects in both Saskatchewan and Manitoba. Mr. Scott guides Riverbend Construction Corp's financial processes, overall strategic direction and project workflow.

Mike O'Regan

Mike O'Regan has extensive construction supervision experience ranging from small excavation site work to large scale projects including highway and road building, bridge construction and rehabilitation, commercial underground water and sewer, commercial/industrial projects including structural steel, composite tailing structures and commercial/industrial site and earthwork projects. Additionally, Mr. O'Regan has extensive experience in the management of company and site specific safety programs, water sump pipeline corridors, scheduling and supervision of sub-contractor and general contractor construction staff. Mr. O'Regan has a background in civil engineering technology, construction management and estimating. Mr. O'Regan's Educational background includes, New Brunswick Government and Department of Environment, Maritime College of Forest Technology, Watercourse Alteration Certification Course, Concordia College, Alberta 1 st Year Carpentry Apprenticeship (Theory), Fanshawe College London, Ontario Civil Engineering Technology/Construction Management, Fanshawe College London, Ontario Construction Estimating Course, Mount Royal College, Calgary, Alberta, Construction Estimating. Other training and certifications include construction safety certification courses including Mine Safety and Rescue, H2S Alive Certificate, WHMIS Certificate, Workplace Standard First Aid (CPR C/AED First Aid Certification), OSSA Regional Orientation, Ground Disturbance Level1 and 2, OSSA Fall Arrest, and he is trained as a WHMIS instructor. Since 2015, Mr. O'Regan has participated in the construction of five Brightwater Senior Living communities ranging from 70 to 207 suites. Mr. O'Regan directs company policy, strategic growth coordination, job site construction management and vendor and sub-contractor relations.

Randall Corwin

For 25 years, Randall Corwin has led in development and construction management within two Canadian provinces and seven U.S. states. Additionally, from 2010-2021, he owned and operated, with his partners, a U.S. based construction company specifically focused on larger scale multi-family projects in both the U.S. and Canada. During this period, the company completed ten dedicated senior living communities. Projects have included both wood frame and light gauge steel structures and have ranged from 100,000 to 250,000 square feet. Mr. Corwin acts as the Director and Principal of Riverbend Construction Corp. From design and value engineering to sub-trade relations and punch/finish, construction management has been at the forefront of Mr. Corwin's business ventures. With an insistency on fair business practices between his construction projects and all related vendors and sub-contractors and combined with an expectation for quality workmanship, his results have included on-budget and timely projects.

Wade Tian

For 30 years, Wade Tian has provided project management for residential, commercial and industrial construction projects including pre-construction design to project completion, underground civil work, design build, pre-engineered, conventional steel, modular and conventional construction. Project types have included senior care environments, automotive dealerships, restaurants, box stores, single and multi-family homes and resorts. Additionally, Mr. Tian is a journeyman carpenter. Mr. Tian provides job-site construction management and project management coordination.
