R Perry Construction is a full-service general contractor, providing both pre-construction and construction management services... We maintain a permanent and highly skilled workforce and perform a high percentage of work with our own crews, including demolition, site work, concrete, framing, roofing, and carpentry finish work... Once a project has begun, R Perry maintains full time site coordinators to record daily logs, review quality and timeliness of subcontractors, conduct daily meetings with subcontractors to ensure our timely goals and maintain good communication with the owners of each project.
