RUSSELL H. FORD

While in the fire service Russ graduated from the Seattle Police Academy in a program geared towards fire and arson investigation. When Russ left the public fire service to be engaged in real estate, he became a volunteer location coordinator for the prestigious Seattle Police Department's SWAT Team which he did for about 15 years. Russ is one of the few civilians to get knocked unconscious, twice, by the SWAT Team during role playing... As time marched on, Russ became a fire inspector, fire investigator, Fire Marshal and Fire Chief, and served on a variety of boards of directors associated with the fire service in Washington State.
