Tom made his first dive in the Maldives at the age of 4 with only his mask, snorkel and a plastic knife. After this "big dive", as he called it when he returned to the bungalow where everyone was looking for him, he scoured all the quarries and seas he could find. At 14 years old he had his first dry suit, 10 years later he abandoned the temperate waters of Belgium and France to go and warm up in the Red Sea. The following year, Tom joined the team of divers who had the chance to work in the depths of the Indian Ocean. It was there that he fell in love with sharks and technical diving. Two passions that he will be happy to share with you aboard the Seafari Explorer from September 2019. Underwater photography expert, he can also advise you on how to capture your cruise with us in the most beautiful way.
