Mary S.W. Sakaguchi concentrates her practice primarily on Family Law and Real Estate Law. She started practicing in Southern California before she relocated to Washington in 2006. Mary has served in extensive leadership roles in the King County legal community and was a key member of the lobbying effort to enact the Uniform Collaborative Law Act (now RCW 7.77). Mary approaches her practice in assisting clients primarily through dispute resolution options such as mediation, negotiated settlements, and Collaborative Law.

Rachel Felbeck has been practicing family law since 1995. She is the founder of the Collaborative Divorce movement in Washington State. As a leader in the family law community, Rachel has worked to reduce the cost and complexity of the divorce process for families. Rachel focuses her practice on several forms of dispute resolution, all of which are designed to help clients solve their family law issues without having to go to Court. Her approach in all her cases is to create a space that allows separating couples to be more involved in crafting the solutions to their disputes.
