Fr. Anthony Ciorra was ordained a priest in 1973. His experience has included parish life, teaching, administration, retreat work, preaching and formation ministries. He has graduate degrees in psychology, history and pastoral theology and a Certificate in Spiritual Direction.
He has a Ph.D. in theology from Fordham University. His areas of research and publication include spirituality in the workplace and living Christian moral values in the world. In recognition of his ministry in the Church, he was given the pontifical honor Pro Eccelsia et Pontifice by Pope John Paul in 1999. He was awarded the Caritas Centennial Award in 2000 for his work in lay ministry and the Spirit of Renew Award for his work in interreligious dialogue and ecumenism.
Prior to coming to Sacred Heart, where he served as Assistant Vice President for Mission and Catholic Identity, Fr. Ciorra was dean of the Graduate School of Religion and Religious Education at Fordham University and professor of Theology and director of the Center of Theological and Spiritual Development at the College of St. Elizabeth. He gives workshops and retreats throughout the United States, the Middle East and Europe. He is actively involved in creating programs for inter-religious dialogue among Jews, Christians, and Muslims.

Professor Pinto began his teaching career with Sacred Heart University in 1976. He is a member of ACM, SIGCSE, the University Academic Assembly and the Arts and Science College Council. He was chairperson of the Computer Science Department from 1987 to 2016 and was the Director of the School of Computer Science and Engineering from 2016 to 2018. He is also currently the director of both the MSCSIT and the MSCYB graduate programs.

Dr. John J. Petillo was named president of Sacred Heart University in March 2011. Before that, he had served as interim president since October 2010 and dean of the University's Jack Welch College of Business & Technology since March 2009. Under his leadership, Sacred Heart has experienced unprecedented growth both academically and physically. During his tenure, the University has added or begun construction on approximately 10 new buildings, not including extensive renovations at the West Campus site that formerly house GE's worldwide headquarters. In addition, the University has added the Colleges of Education & Human Development and Nursing and the School of Computer Science & Engineering as well as many new programs at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. The University has also greatly expanded international educational opportunities for students under Dr. Petillo.

Michael Larobina was named general counsel for Sacred Heart University in February 2012. In this capacity, he has been responsible for managing the University's legal affairs, including providing legal advice to personnel, defending claims, supervising outside counsel and serving as liaison to regulatory and legislative bodies. In addition, he has served as the University's corporate secretary. Before his appointment, he was a professor in the College of Business, chair of the management department, a program director and associate dean for programs and development. He is a fully tenured professor in the WCBT's management department. He also has served as director of legal affairs and corporation counsel for the City of Stamford.
