While doing our Master's in Psychology, we noticed that the mental health sector had an enormous, unfulfilled potential - it lacked a product that could tackle the complexity of mental health by combining state-of-the-art algorithms with a user-friendly interface... Sophie uses data-driven tools to take your practice to the next level. We work together with mental health clinicians to generate clinically meaningful insights, engage clients, and improve treatment outcomes... We uphold the central role of the clinician in mental health care and preserve the human element of the therapeutic process. We believe that expert clinical judgement and therapist-client relationship must continue to be integral parts of psychotherapy. The algorithms that power Sophie are intended to support, not replace therapists.
