Spring Hill Farms is steadily building an outstanding reputation in the Louisiana Quarter Horse breeding industry. The property consists of two locations in Kaplan, Louisiana owned by David Dunn. The founder of a successful surveying company specializing in the oil and gas industry, David has always had a passion for horses. He began breeding Quarter Horses in 2011 under the name of D&S Racing LLC before opening Spring Hill Farms. Dunn vaulted into the spotlight in 2016 at the LQHBA Yearling Sale with a filly named Dashnunder Afullmoon. The daughter of Heza Fast Dash out of the Dash Ta Fame mare Full Moon Dasher was purchased for $44,500 by Rogelio Marquez, Jr. and showed incredible talent on the racetrack.
