STAMPEDERS

Our mission is to inspire youth. We will develop the ideals of athleticism, community and character to bring our youth closer together through the means of a common interest in sportsmanship and fair play. We will bring to the game the elements of safety, sanity and intelligent supervision. Our priority will be to maintain the safety and welfare of each player while keeping them free of adult level competitive pressures... Our vision is to be recognized and respected as one of the premier youth football organizations in the city of Calgary through the teaching of fundamental football principles, sportsmanship, community and personal values... Our program recruits in the boundary area of most of SE Calgary. We have 2 programs; Atom, which covers 8-10 year olds and Pee Wee, which covers 11-12 in the current calendar year. We are a volunteer driven program and self reliant for all funding. We provide all equipment, except cleats.
