Chris Streett

Chris Streett was born and raised in Harford County, graduating from C. Milton Wright High School. His local roots date back to the early 1700s, including his ancestor Colonel John Streett, who owned three thousand acres of Harford County above the Rocks of Deer Creek (called Streett's Hunting Ground), and who also led the Harford County cavalry during the War of 1812 at the Battle of North Point. Chris was a Baltimore City resident for the ten years following his graduation from Penn State University. He has since returned to Harford County with his family. His city residency affords him a broad base of local area knowledge that many agents lack.

Dan Fischbach

Baltimore County native, Daniel Fischbach, has many years of sales experience. He spent the last seven years working as a Verizon sales associate and team leader. He also has experience working with Nu Look Home Design as a salesperson, helping families update their home exteriors. He is a licensed realtor and is a member of the Harford County Association of Realtors. Daniel strives to create a personal experience for every client he works with.

Deanna Townsley

Currently a member of the Harford County Board of Realtors, Deanna has served clients in Baltimore City, Baltimore County, Harford County and surrounding areas. She enjoys working with both individuals and investors to meet their real estate needs. Deanna has experience with residential and commercial transactions, land acquisition, investor portfolios, and property management. Dick Kinard

Dick is a former owner of Auto Village, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, Jeep in Bel Air, Md and is currently an Associate Broker with over 15 years experience in residential and commercial real estate sales and development. He is past director of Forest Hill Bank and served as trustee and foundation board member of the Harford County Public Library.

Gina Piscitelli

Rich Marts

Rich was raised in Bel Air and grew up in the Glenwood neighborhood. He graduated from Bel Air High School and attended York College of PA and the University of Maryland at College Park. Prior to joining Streett Hopkins, Rich has been in business for himself for the last 30 years both in Harford County and Ocean City, Maryland. When Rich is not involved in a Real Estate transaction or working the phones, he enjoys aerial photography. Recently, one of his photos was used as the cover photo for the 2018 Havre de Grace, Maryland Destination Guide. In addition, Rich also enjoys the game of golf and is a former PGA Professional and National Long Drive Finalist. Rich is a member of the Harford County Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. One of his most recent and memorable real estate clients is radio personality and celebrity "Ed Norris" of 105.7 "The Fan". "Rich had my house sold in less than 2 weeks, above list price and hassle-free" ….. "I have been involved in numerous real estate transactions over the years, but none smoother". Ed Norris (105.7-The Fan). Rich resides in Bulle Rock in Havre de Grace with his wife Colleen who just celebrated 30 years of service in the United States Army.

Sarah Cruikshank

Sarah is a licensed Realtor and member of the Harford County Association of Realtors. Sarah has lived in Harford County for almost 20 years. Before becoming a realtor, she taught physical education and was an Athletic Director in Harford County. She enjoys building relationships with clients as she helps them buy or sell their home.

Zach Shelley

Zach Shelley is a life long resident of Harford County. Originally born and raised in Havre de Grace, but now resides on a small farm in Forest Hill with his wife and son. Zach enjoys all aspects of real estate, including residential, agriculutre and rental properties. Zach is a full time auctioneer and personal property appraiser. He has experience and knowledge in handling all areas of estates from start to finish. Zach is an award winning auctioneer and will work hard to obtain top dollar for his clients whether across the auction block or a traditional real estate listing. He works 100 plus auctions a year selling real estate, cars, equipment and other personal property. Zach began auctioneering in 2007 and just recently obtained his real estate license in 2020.
