Additionally, she has extensive experience in writing, receiving and managing local municipal, nonprofit and federal funded grants from the Department of Education, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Department of Transportation (DOT), and Department of Health & Human Service (HHS).
E.A. Allen is a dynamic Business Development and Proposal Management leader that brings a fresh perspective to the government contracting industry. With nearly 15 years of experience supporting organizations scale their operations in the government market. Her deep understanding and network within the industry has helped small businesses, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 companies secure multi-year, multi-million dollar contracts to grow and sustain their business. Passionate about winning, Ms. Allen is driven to help businesses expand their footprint by developing strategies that drive outcomes.

She designs and facilitates orientations, trainings and seminars geared towards leadership development, team and skill building and industry-based concepts. Dr. Williams oversees all Proposal Lab workshops and trainings on business development and proposal writing services.

Mr. Bryce Butler is a strategic business professional with 18 years of experience serving in leadership positions for organizations within the Healthcare, Government, Entertainment and Machine industry. He has proven success in leading teams in corporations all while serving in the U.S. Army. He successfully cultivates and maintains strategic partnerships with clients to improve business operations with a strong emphasis on the increase of sales and revenue. He develops and implements comprehensive internal communication strategies to align management, employees and clientele together to reach common goals.
Mrs. Erin Roundtree is a strategic business professional with 20 years of experience serving in leadership and support positions for organizations within the Healthcare, Financial and Customer Service industries. She has proven success working as a member of a team as well as being a self-motivator with ability to work independently with diverse experience. She maintains an excellent attention to detail, research and organizational skills and strives for excellence with efficient completion of work in a timely manner and always focused on client services, needs and process improvement. She is versed with handling challenges quickly and efficiently while maintaining organization and client relationships. She oversees Proposal Lab projects and acts as liaison for President.
