Tiny Acres LLC is a nonprofit charity as an entity of our parent 501(c)3 Organization. We are developing a Tiny Home Village in the Volusia/Flagler Florida area to permanently house very low and fixed income seniors & veterans age 55 and up. Our residents will be required to follow community standards and pay monthly rent based on 30% of their income... Our mission is to provide low-cost housing to some of our most vulnerable citizens (seniors & veterans) in a safe, stable environment where they can enjoy a sense of community and comfortable quality of life.
