David came to Tip Top Construction, Inc. after a long and successful career with Synergy Construction in Thomasville, GA. David has lived in Georgia most of his life and loves the personal relationships he has developed with the people in this area. Both he and his wife Jennifer love Thomasville and believe it is a great place to raise their two boys, Gus and Charlie. Their family believes in Christian values and loves the down home feel that makes Thomasville what it is. In 15 years, David has worked his way up through the building business to find a wonderful home here at Tip Top Construction in 2012. Since then, he has worked to establish Tip Top's presence in the south Georgia region with projects ranging from restaurant build-outs, health care renovations, church building additions, and residential services. He believes in and is committed to the same values that got us here: if you do what is right, a great product is delivered.
Having lived in North Florida their entire lives, Jeff and Susan Diekman understand the commitment of family values. In their 31 years of marriage, they have seen the growth of their company and their family. They are the proud parents of three children: Brandy, Chelsy, and Justin. They are active members of the community, as well as long time members of their church. They believe that strong Christian values have built a firm foundation in which they feel is the key to success.
