At Tomorrow Vijana, we hold an innovative perspective on development that places trust in the capabilities of refugees themselves. Our approach is centered around empowering members of refugee communities to generate ideas and drive progress from within. As a result, the majority of our team is comprised of refugees who possess an intimate understanding of the needs and aspirations of their fellow community members. Our members conceive of new programs and take charge of their implementation, while our directors provide guidance, oversee operations, develop policies, manage finances, and establish partnerships with external stakeholders...
