Ann M. Schneider

Ann is a founding member of Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter. Experience Ann is a founding member of Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter. She focuses her practice primarily in the areas of estate planning, estate and trust administration, business, tax and real estate law. She also has experience preparing payroll and related taxes for both corporation and private foundations. Education & Memberships Ann earned her B.A. with highest distinction in 1998 from Indiana University. She was then awarded the Forrest E. Jump Memorial Scholarship at Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. While attending law school, Ann participated as an Indiana Law Review member and in the Dean's Tutorial Society. In 2001, she received her J.D. summa cum laude. In that same year, Ann was admitted to practice in the State of Indiana. She is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Ann is currently a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Boone County Bar Association. Ann resides in Indianapolis with her husband, Anthony, and their four young children, Zachary, Sophie, Marcus, and Patrick. Ann is a lifelong parishioner of St. Jude Catholic Church, and she is actively involved at St. Jude School where her children attend. Ann was previously involved in Lebanon Kiwanis and served on the Board of Directors for the Montgomery County Faith Alliance.

Anna K. Cron

Anna began her career as a law clerk for Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter while attending law school during the winter of 2022. Experience Anna began her career as a law clerk for Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter while attending law school during the winter of 2022. She officially joined the firm as an associate attorney in October 2022. Education & Memberships Anna earned her B.A. from DePauw University in 2019 with a major in Political Science and a minor in Philosophy. Anna's J.D. followed in 2022. She graduated from the Robert H. McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis, Indiana. Anna was an Associate Editor for the Indiana Law Review and a member of the Civil Practice Clinic while in law school. Anna recently was admitted to practice in the State of Indiana and before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Anna is also a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.

Daniel L. Taylor

Experience Dan is a seasoned legal professional who has practiced law in Indiana since 1986. As a founding member of Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter, his practice areas are focused on governmental law, corporate law, estate planning, probate, taxation, and litigation. Dan's additional roles include Attorney for the Town of Avon, Attorney for the Town of Cumberland, Attorney the Montgomery County Commissioners, South Montgomery Community School Corporation, North Putnam Community School Corporation, and the Zionsville Plan Commission. His expertise is further utilized as an advisor to several boards. These boards include the Town Council, Plan Commission, Redevelopment Commission, utilities and other boards and commissions. Dan is a frequent speaker on municipal law, employment law, estate planning and probate matters. Education & Memberships Dan received his B.A. from Indiana's Wabash College in 1983. Following his graduation, Dan entered The Dickinson School of Law, where he was on the National Appellate Moot Court Team; Appellate Moot Court Board; Student Bar Association (President), Delta Theta Phi (President), and a member of the Legal Services Clinic. He received his J.D. in 1986 and has been a member of the Indiana bar since this same year. Other admissions include the U.S. Supreme Court (1995) and the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana. Dan has been a Mediator since 1995, and Arbitrator since 1999. He is a current member of Indiana Bar Association, American Bar Association, Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association and the National School Boards Association Council of School Attorneys.

J. Kent Minnette

Experience Following law school, Kent Minnette trained and practiced with a Chicago, Illinois litigation firm. In 2001, Kent returned to Indiana and served as a Marion County Deputy Prosecuting Attorney. Then in 2003, Kent joined with Dan, Darren, and Ann to launch Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter. Since TCMSC's opening, he has primarily practiced municipal law, injury law, estate planning, business law, criminal defense, and as a litigator. Education & Memberships Kent earned a Hanover College B.A. in 1993. His J.D. followed in 1998 from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago-Kent College of Law. Kent holds both Illinois and Indiana law licenses. He is currently an American Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association, and Montgomery County Bar Association member.

Keenan D. Wilson

Experience Keenan has spent most of his legal career representing clients in employment and educational disputes at a small law firm in Indianapolis. His practice included independently handling cases from the beginning to the end of the litigation process in federal and state court, helping to bring hundreds of disputes to satisfactory conclusions. He brings a wealth of experience in contract law, employment law, civil rights law and educational law and has prevailed in federal trials and appeals before the Seventh Circuit. Keenan also previously worked in insurance defense following his graduation from law school. Education & Memberships Keenan grew up in Pittsboro, Indiana and is a graduate of Tri-West High School. He attended undergrad at Wabash College and Ball State University, graduating with a degree in Journalism in 2009. After working in the insurance industry for several years, he attended law school at the IU McKinney School of Law in Indianapolis. Keenan was a member of the Law Review and graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2014. Wilson is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Boone County Bar Association and Hendricks County Bar Association. He is admitted to practice law in Indiana, the Northern & Southern Federal Districts of Indiana and the Seventh Circuit.

Mallory E. Kaehr

Experience Mallory began her career in 2021 as a staff attorney for Chief Circuit Judge Jeremy M. Mattox, who presides over Kentucky's Scott, Bourbon, and Woodford Counties. As a staff attorney, Mallory researched legal issues, drafted orders, and frequented courtrooms, observing motion hours, hearings, and trials for numerous criminal and civil cases. In February 2024, Mallory joined Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter as an attorney. Education and Memberships Mallory is a Boilermaker. During her time at Purdue University, Mallory was a member of Alpha Phi and served as the Delta Mu chapter's Director of Publicity and Advertising. She graduated in 2014 with a B.S. in Psychological Sciences. After graduation, Mallory was a research assistant for Purdue's Industrial/Organizational Psychology Department. In 2018, Mallory received a scholarship to attend law school at the University of Kentucky in Lexington. As a law student, Mallory completed two summer judicial internships and a judicial externship. In 2019, Mallory studied Comparative Corporate Governance with Delaware Supreme Court Justice, Randy J. Holland (1986-2017) in London, England. Mallory earned her J.D. in 2021. She is licensed to practice law in Indiana and Kentucky. Mallory's memberships include the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, the Boone County Bar Association, and the Kentucky Bar Association.

Robert V. Clutter

Bob and his family are residents of Boone County. His tireless community, civic, and religious activities span over 25 years and include a variety of leadership and advisory roles. Experience Bob began his career in private practice, focusing on criminal defense of major felonies. He proudly served as a public defender in Marion Municipal Court 15 and Marion Superior Court 6. As a testament to his adeptness, he was named lead or co-counsel on three cases in which the death penalty was sought. In 1998, Bob joined the firm of Clark, Quinn, Moses & Clark in Indianapolis focusing on the practice areas of land use, zoning, and real estate law. These practice areas afforded Bob the opportunity to sit as Judge for Pike Township Small Claims Court and represent developers and businesses in land-use planning, litigation, and real estate issues. In 2006, Bob began serving as the attorney for the Boone County Area Plan Commission, a position he retains today. Bob brought his talents to Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter in 2009 where he continues to represent clients in land-use and real estate areas while serving as the attorney for Boone County. Education & Memberships Bob is a Boilermaker, graduating from Purdue University in 1984 with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering. He attended Indiana University School of Law - Indianapolis. While in law school, Bob had the fortune of earning a clerking position with the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of Indiana and an internship in the Magistrates Program for the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of California. Bob's successes continued as a certified intern for the Marion County Prosecutor's Office and by receiving his J.D. in 1988. Bob's memberships include the Indianapolis Bar Association Land Use Section (Former Chair) and the Boone County Bar Association. With his focus on municipal law, Bob is a member of the Indiana Municipal Lawyers Association (currently serving as President) and the International Municipal Lawyers Association. He is admitted to the Indiana bar and is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts in Indiana.

Thomas A. Whitsitt

Experience After clerking for the Honorable Judge William Garrard at the Indiana Court of Appeals, Tom opened his private practice in 1974 in Lebanon, Indiana. He worked as Boone County Chief Deputy Prosecutor, part time, from 1975 through 1978. Tom's practice areas include family law, criminal defense, estate planning, business consultation, litigation, municipal law, and real estate. In 2024 he joined the firm of Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter as an Of Counsel member. Education and Memberships Tom received his B.A. from Indiana University, Bloomington in 1968 and in 1974 his J.D., Cum Laude, from Indiana School of Law-Indianapolis. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Indiana and in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Indiana. He is a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, the Indiana Bar Association Family Law Section and is a member and past president of the Boone County Bar Association. Tom is a current member of the Indiana Supreme Court Character and Fitness Committee. Tom has served as president of the Lebanon Public Library Board and of the Lebanon Parks Board. In 1984 Tom helped establish Habitat for Humanity of Boone County and served on its board as president. He is currently a member of the Oak Hill Cemetery Board. He enjoys spending his free time with family, reading, birding, carving, and fly-fishing in Wyoming. Tom and his wife, Chris, have two adult children, five grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. They live in Lebanon with a large golden retriever, a small CKC spaniel, and an elderly rescue cat. In 2024 Thomas A. Whitsitt joined the firm of Taylor, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter as an Of Counsel member.

Tyler M. Nichols

Experience Tyler began his career as a law clerk for Taylor, Chadd, Minnette, Schneider & Clutter while he was in law school during the summers of 2010 and 2011. He joined the firm as an associate attorney in October 2011. Tyler has represented a multitude of clients in and out of court in criminal, civil, injury, and estate planning and administration matters. Tyler is also a primary attorney in the representation of the firm's municipal clients. Education & Memberships Tyler earned a B.A. with a double major in political science and sociology from Hanover College in 2008. He was accepted into Valparaiso University School of Law and received his J.D. (Magna Cum Laude) in 2011. Tyler's experience includes clerking for the Honorable Senior Judge Rudy Lozano in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Indiana, Hammond Division. He also proudly worked with the VITA (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) program while at Valparaiso University School of Law. Tyler has been active in local elections for Republican candidates. Tyler was admitted to practice law in Indiana and the United States Federal District Courts of the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana on the same day he joined the firm in 2011. Tyler is currently a member of the Indiana State Bar Association, Montgomery County Bar Association, Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association. Tyler and his wife, Mindy, have been married since November 2008. They have one daughter, Caroline. Tyler is an active member and former President of the Crawfordsville Rotary Club. Tyler likes hiking, completing about 180 miles on the Appalachian Trail, and running. He has participated in half marathons and full marathons (Indianapolis 2011, Chicago 2016). Tyler enjoys spending his spare time with his family. Tyler began his career as a law clerk for TMSC while he was in law school during the summers of 2010 and 2011.
