Tranquility Hospice starts with a story of the loss of a beloved family member and the unexpectedly poor experience we had with a hospice-care provider. After that life-altering event, we decided to take our personal and professional expertise in the medical field to start our own hospice care in Delaware, Ohio. We pride ourselves on being the only freestanding hospice provider in our community that is not tied down to any other health care system. Everything we do is driven by our goal of providing the best end-of-life care our patients deserve... Our hospice team works together as a FAMILY, ensuring that you will receive individualized care.
