ALROY CHAN - COO

Alroy has almost 25 years of experience in progressively senior leadership roles across a variety of high growth industries in the areas of finance, strategy and operations, business development, and acquisitions. As Think Global Solutions' Chief Operating Officer, Alroy leads the team in the strategic execution of Operations, Finance, People, and IT initiatives for all of the business divisions.

ANASTASE MARAGOS

Anastase is a Partner in the Personal Injury Group at Watson Goepel LLP. With over 25 years of experience in the area of personal injury law, he has acted for thousands of injured parties at all levels of court in British Columbia. Anastase has a deep understanding of BC's complex medical legal system, and has comprehensive trial experience. Anastase grew up in Gibsons, BC and still considers it his home away from home.

Anne Forget

Anne started her career in management with airport security where she took on scheduling, training, and operations. She moved into the courier industry where she took on an operations manager role and was later recruited to join the ThinkFleet team. At Think Global Solutions, Anne's focus is supporting our driver and vehicle maintenance programs that requires rigorous and thorough attention to detail and immense communication skills which she excels at. She provides the best service and support which is proven by the positive feedback received from our customers.

Brent Balluff

Brent Balluff has over 40 years of experience in equipment and maintenance. He started his career as a mechanic in the Canadian Armed Forces and moved into equipment management roles with various organizations. He is also the winner of Canada's Handyman Challenge in 2014. Brent takes pride in giving back to the industries he's worked in through consulting, mentoring and formal instruction as a BCIT Construction Management Instructor for 11 years. At Think Global Solutions, he is a key contributor to the development of solutions with focus on Fleet Maintenance and vendor partnerships.

Catherine Van Alstine

Catherine Van Alstine is a Managing Partner of Boyden in Vancouver, where she has taken on many leadership roles, including a three-year term on the Canadian Managing Board. Her ability to develop consensus amongst partners was utilized to build a national operating framework and collaboration model, which has been core to the company's growth and its commitment to providing the highest level of client service. She brings over 20 years of experience in executive search, starting as one of the four original partners of what is now a highly regarded international firm. She has gained a stellar reputation for her relentless commitment to providing expert advice and counsel, allowing her to gain a trusted advisor role with many long-term clients. Catherine's North American expertise board and all aspects of the C-Suite including CEO, COO, CFO, CHRO, and sales & marketing functions. Her industry experience spans manufacturing, natural resources, consumer products, and distribution. CHRIS CHARLWOOD

Chris has broad business experience as an entrepreneur, developer and investor with active experience in the multi-location sector. Through Charpac Properties, he has completed a number of successful real estate projects in Vancouver and Seattle including apartment buildings, retail, luxury residential and subdivisions. He has also been actively involved in the technology sector including helping create the first online travel company. In addition, he has been a significant investor in the resource sector for over a decade. He is an active Director of Charlwood Pacific Group which now comprises Century 21 (Canada and AsiaPacific), Uniglobe Travel, Centum Financial and Real Property Management.

Christine Wu

Eddy Blomgren

Eddy has 20 years of experience in a variety of different trades within the heavy civil industry. He has been a key player in some of BC's historical projects including the sea-to-sky highway improvement, the Portman bridge and highway improvement, the Site C Dam, and most recently the repairs needed for the Natural Disaster from the BC flooding and mudslides that occurred in November 2021. At Think Global solutions, Eddy's focus is on the development of our Think Superlot. With his trade skills and management experience, Eddy brings a wealth of knowledge to help us develop our Superlot into a first class fleet facility.

Erynn Oleskyn

Her experience as a courier driver helped her understand drivers needs and driver behaviour expectations. At Think Global Solutions, Erynn works closely with clients, creating personal relationships and supporting the management of their large fleets. She provides the best customer service by listening to their needs and providing solutions to solve their fleet problems.

Gary Winters

He was a Director of Operations in Southern California and was responsible for hiring sales agencies, and opening wholesale accounts such as Costco, Woolseley, and Emco in the US. His expertise is in negotiations and converting leads to sales. At Think Global Solutions, Gary is focused on increasing sales and penetrating new markets with our products and services.

Jeremy has worked as both an adviser and a principal during his 35+ year career. He has spent much of his career in senior investment banking and private equity roles and, since 2000, has been based in Canada investing in and advising private companies. A qualified CA, he was previously joint Managing Partner and Co-Founder at Second City Capital where he successfully invested in a number of private businesses across North America. Prior to co-founding SouthPac Partners, he was senior managing director M&A at Deloitte where he founded the BC mid-market M&A practice starting in 2006. While at Deloitte he also spent four years in Beijing, building a global M&A practice and assembling a strong network of investors and corporate relationships.

Paul Sievwright

Paul Sievwright moved to Canada in 1996 after spending 15 years in the British Military. He has over 25 years of management experience in the Automotive industry. Paul started his career with Dodge/Jeep/Chrysler in Prince George and a few years later he transferred to Edmonton taking a key role in Management. In 2004, Paul moved to Kelowna with his family and carried on his career with GMC and Chrysler, building many relationships across the Okanagan based on trust, honesty and Integrity.

He worked in a management role for 16 years at Finning Canada, the world's largest Caterpillar dealer. In 2014, he started Hefco Solutions that provides mobile financial and ancillary solutions within the industrial and heavy equipment industry. In 2019, he started ThinkFleet which became one of Amazon's preferred fleet vendor and due to its fast growth and growing solution offering, Steve started Think Global Solutions with ThinkFleet as a division along with ThinkCold, ThinkFinance and ThinkProtect.

Tom Ferguson
