Our Team have a wide range of skills that are brought together by our owner, James Sullivan-Tailyour who, with over 40 years experience in the industry working in Africa, South East Asia and of course the UK, creates a unique environment that manages to combine the traditional aspects of these historic hotels with modern service techniques and an unusual twist of offering Thai cuisine alongside English ‘Pub' Classics... We believe that we all have a part to play in taking care of our environment, what we take from it, how we use the resources and what we ‘put back' into the environment by maximising the amount of excess that is recycled, reused or re-purposed... We aim to make our rooms relaxing and comfortable, our pubs offer an extensive range of quality beers, lagers, wines and spirits, including a wide range of Gins.
