Craig Ballard started his career with the vision of becoming a tax accountant. However, he spent some time as a consultant and soon realized it was a perfect fit. He has been in the accounting industry for 12 years and has been the CFO of WTB Accounting for almost two years.
Craig earned his bachelor's at California State University in Fresno. He grew up in Lake Forest, CA and now lives with his wife of 16 years and their two children in Fallbrook, California.
After a long week at work, you can often find him enjoying "Family Stay Up Late Night" with his family, where they have fun making dinner, watching movies, and playing board games. Craig also enjoys playing golf and entertaining small groups with delicious food.
David Vahdat has been with WTB Accounting for 7 years, previously as a Controller and now as a CFO for the past 4 years. With 16 years of experience in the finance and accounting industry, David brings remarkable talent and knowledge to the firm. He is especially skilled in the areas of financial analysis, budgeting, cash management, strategic planning, and due diligence. These technical skills, along with a love for numbers and helping small business owners thrive, make accounting a natural fit for David.
David earned a degree in finance from San Diego State University and a certificate in accounting from UC San Diego and is a licensed CPA. He is originally from the Bay Area, and currently resides in San Diego.
David spends his free time hiking, biking, and enjoying the outdoors.

Samantha Neumann is a staff accountant at WTB Accounting where she specializes in job costing. She chose to pursue accounting because it is a challenging field that allows her to use her knowledge in a variety of ways.
She is a smart cookie. Sam received her bachelor's degree in Accounting from Purdue University where she was on the Chancellor's list every term and graduated Summa Cum Laude for earning a 4.0 grade point average in every course she took.
Taff Jones is a senior staff accountant at WTB Accounting, building on his prior experience as a staff accountant and tax preparer.
He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia in 2018. Prior to that, he also earned his Associate of Science in Business Administration from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in 2014.
Born and raised in Tifton, Georgia, Taff still resides there with his dog, Dakota. In his free time, he enjoys golfing and watching UGA football. He also has a knack for watersports.
Taylor Olsen is a senior staff accountant at WTB Accounting. She joined the company in 2020 directly after college and has been in her current position for six months. Prior to joining the firm, Taylor worked as a bookkeeper for a hotel owner's multiple properties.
Taylor chose to go into the accounting field because she wanted a data-driven career that would challenge her. She feels she chose well since she truly enjoys working with her clients and learning something new every day. Taylor also loves helping businesses succeed because of WTB Accounting's practices and commitment to its clients.
Taylor attended Chadron State College and earned a bachelor's in accounting and business management. A life-long South Dakotan, she grew up in Hill City, and now calls Rapid City home with her husband and their three dogs.
In her free time, she enjoys running half marathons, baking, and spending time with her dogs.

Tyler has been a staff accountant with WTB Accounting for six months, specializing in real estate & development accounting. At the time he joined the firm, he had been working in the industry for more than five years. Tyler is also the treasurer on the board of the North Platte Citizen Advocacy, Inc.
