Ashley Keenan

Ashley has been at the firm since 1997 and has advised on a wide range of company/commercial transactions. In addition to her transaction focused practice, she has extensive experience in a broad range of corporate matters including AIM listings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations and oil and gas exploration work. Her clients range from Government Departments through to banking and financial institutions and quoted companies. Ashley also advises on all matters arising out of the employer/employee relationship (drafting and negotiating contracts of employment, HR policies and procedures, termination of employment and restrictive covenants) with particular focus upon advising public and private sector Boards on employment, recruitment, remuneration and severance issues. As well as holding a number of directorships for companies involved in international and domestic commercial matters, Ashley acts as Trustee for several private family trusts. Larry Keenan

Larry founded the firm of Laurence Keenan Advocates in 1992 and is the Senior Director. His work is diverse, but with particular focus on complex multi-jurisdictional litigation and dispute resolution. He has represented insolvency practitioners, secured creditors, companies and banks in a number of corporate and fund collapses in recent years and has wide experience in liquidations and receiverships with particular focus on fraud and asset tracing. On the advisory side, Larry has instructed on a wide range of legal and regulatory issues for a broad spectrum of clients; private clients, banks and financial institutions and listed companies, including those in the energy and gaming sectors. Larry is the former Chairman of the offshore subsidiary of a major Global bank and has held a variety of Trusteeships and Board positions ranging from private and public companies through to local Charities. Larry has a practical and pragmatic approach to his legal work and, where possible, seeks to provide additional business opportunities to clients, which may be available through a comprehensive network of professional advisers.
