Peter obtained his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation in 2014 after completing his diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Having a background in Corporate Law, Company Management, Intellectual Property and Wills and Trusts, he currently specialises in the establishment, maintenance, and corporate governance practices of legal entities in Barbados. He also holds a diploma in Corporate Administration and Property Management from the University of the West Indies School of Continuing Studies.
Andrew C. Ferreira, KC is a member of the Barbados Bar Association and the Trinidad and Tobago Bar Association. He holds membership in several international organisations, including the International Tax Planning Association, the International Fiscal Association, the International Law Association and British Institute of International and Comparative Law and participates at the Joint Colloquium on International Arbitration sponsored under the auspices of the ICC, the AAA and ICSID.
His primary area of legal practice includes the legal aspects of economic development and he has been involved in several international financing projects, providing advice on structuring, on regulatory issues and in international financial transactions. Giles Carmichael is a Partner at Chancery Chambers and has focused most of his practice on corporate and commercial matters. Angela Robinson is an attorney at Chancery Chambers who has focused her work in the ambit of Commercial and Corporate Law and Corporate/Business organizations and has advised multiple local and international clients. A member of Chancery Chambers' Management Team, she also practices in the area of taxation, trusts and pension law and has advised on several large and small, local and regional pension plans.
Angela Robinson received her legal training in Barbados and Trinidad at the University of the West Indies and joined Chancery Chambers in 2009. Prior to her call to the Bar, she worked in the financial services sector in Barbados. She holds a BSc. in Management Studies and has worked in the area of international tax consulting in the United States and Barbados with Big Four accounting firms.

Ann-Marie Morris has worked in a number of roles within the company and has been in the industry for the past 14 years. Prior to joining CCSL Ann-Marie's had worked extensively in management of international business companies and has held administrative positions in various United Nations agencies. Ann-Marie was educated in Jamaica and the United States.
Manassea Boyce works with the team at Chancery Corporate Services Limited as a Corporate Administrator with a focus on corporate secretarial and governance functions.

Tamanika Jackson is a Chartered Secretary and Vice President of Chancery Corporate Services Limited with over twenty years' experience in the provision of corporate secretarial services to various legal entities. Tamanika began her career at one of the big 4 Accounting firms on the island before joining an Offshore Bank where she remained for eleven years. She joined Chancery in 2018 as a Senior Corporate Administrator. She obtained her degree in Sociology with Honours from the University of the West Indies in 1996 and holds the ACIS accreditation. Neilsa S Moore holds an Associate Degree in Government & Political Studies and Law from the Barbados Community College. Sir Trevor Carmichael is the Founder and Principal of Chancery Chambers, a premier regional law firm of international acclaim which offers a comprehensive legal service to clients with international business and commercial interests.
Sir Trevor is a member of the Barbados Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Inter-American Bar Association, and is a Committee Member and associate member of the Inter-American Bar Foundation and the Canadian Bar Association, respectively. Also a member of the International Tax Planning Association and the International Fiscal Association, Sir Trevor was one of the parties responsible for establishing a Barbados Chapter of the International Fiscal Association which he chairs as Charter President. Sir Trevor has spoken to a wide range of audiences on international, commercial and tax-related matters and has also served as keynote speaker twice at the Canadian Condominium Institute's Annual Meetings in Toronto, Canada.

He is also a Certified International Arbitrator with the International Centres for Arbitration, and a Vice President of the International Institute of Association and Foundation Lawyers, as well as a Member of the International Council of Environmental Law.
