Peter obtained his Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) designation in 2014 after completing his diploma in International Trust Management from the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP). Having a background in Corporate Law, Company Management, Intellectual Property and Wills and Trusts, he currently specialises in the establishment, maintenance, and corporate governance practices of legal entities in Barbados. He also holds a diploma in Corporate Administration and Property Management from the University of the West Indies School of Continuing Studies.

Andrew C. Ferreira, KC is a member of the Barbados Bar Association and the Trinidad and Tobago Bar Association. He holds membership in several international organisations, including the International Tax Planning Association, the International Fiscal Association, the International Law Association and British Institute of International and Comparative Law and participates at the Joint Colloquium on International Arbitration sponsored under the auspices of the ICC, the AAA and ICSID. Sir Trevor Carmichael is the Founder and Principal of Chancery Chambers, a premier regional law firm of international acclaim which offers a comprehensive legal service to clients with international business and commercial interests. Sir Trevor is a member of the Barbados Bar Association, the International Bar Association and the Inter-American Bar Association, and is a Committee Member and associate member of the Inter-American Bar Foundation and the Canadian Bar Association, respectively. Also a member of the International Tax Planning Association and the International Fiscal Association, Sir Trevor was one of the parties responsible for establishing a Barbados Chapter of the International Fiscal Association which he chairs as Charter President. Sir Trevor has spoken to a wide range of audiences on international, commercial and tax-related matters and has also served as keynote speaker twice at the Canadian Condominium Institute's Annual Meetings in Toronto, Canada. He is the Barbados Country Chairman of the International Bar Association's International Litigation Committee on Business Law and a former Deputy Secretary General of the International Bar Association. In addition, he is a Life Fellow of the Institute for Advanced Legal Studies in the United Kingdom, a Life Member of the Commonwealth Magistrates and Judges Association and a member of the International Law Association. Having authored over one hundred (100) articles and monographs in the areas of Law, Economics and Public Policy, Sir Trevor serves as a Panel Member of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes of the World Bank in Washington.
