Ashleigh joined the business from a customer service background in 2022. Since then she has proven to be an asset to the team. Her customer service skills are described as "Excellent" from both landlords and tenants. She is approachable and has a hands-on attitude.

Dan Robin

Before making the switch to Little Estate Agents, Danny had worked as a senior valuer and branch manager at other agencies within the immediate area. Over the last decade he has continued to develop his knowledge and understanding of the local property markets and their trends. Danny also has a good understanding when it comes to the make-up and construction of all property types. He prides himself on being honest with our clients and is always approachable.

Danielle Prior

Danielle has over 10 years' sales and lettings experience within estate agency, she is able to draw upon this experience combined with her excellent customer service skills to really make a difference to those going through the buying or selling process.

Jonathan Lyth

A graduate of property management, Jonathan has experienced most (if not all) estate agency roles and before founding Little Estate Agents he was the local branch manager for one of the UK's largest estate agency firms. His dedication and time spent within the industry gives him a wealth of experience, and Jon is responsible for the day to day management of the business. He is friendly, approachable and prides himself on offering a friendly but professional service. Jon has been the main driving force behind Little's recent success. Little Estate Agents was founded in 2019 by local property experts Jonathan Lyth and Ryan Little who had a vision to transform the estate agent industry by building unwavering trust with homeowners and landlords alike. We pride ourselves on our wealth of experience in all aspects of estate agency, as well as the amount of local knowledge each member of our team holds. Nicola is responsible for directing and managing the lettings side of the business. She has previously worked for a large corporate agent as a successful branch manager for both sales and lettings for over seven years. Since joining the team in early 2022, the lettings department has excelled at a fast pace and is now one of the market leading letting agents in St. Helens. In this time, Nicola has also gained level 3 ARLA accreditation, the desired industry standard. She also has a degree in business studies and wealth of experience in B2B sales.

Olivia Nelson

Olivia has over 5 years worth of experience within the industry, mainly working in conveyancing which has allowed for her to gain an in-depth knowledge of the sales process. Olivia utilises her experience to problem solve and ensure customers, whether buying or selling, have the smoothest possible transaction.

Working behind the scenes, Ryan focuses on the future direction and long-term development of the business. His industry knowledge stems from being a full-time property developer with investment properties held throughout St Helens and neighbouring towns/cities.
